this place is a perfect, beautiful five star hotel. delicious food beach and pool area is fantastic. So many activities for adults and children too. Kemer Marina is 5minutes walk booked this place. You not gonna make mistake.beko NY

The resort is very geared to kids. We did not get any explanation about dining options or activities when we arrived.. I guess because we were only staying for 3 days..

The hotel is very clean, employees are very respectful and caring. We ate good food and received good service during our 3-day holiday. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mehmet Kara, who works at the reception. We were very pleased that he was always smiling even though he was very busy. We would like to thank everyone who works in such a beautiful organization.

Wow, what a fantastic stay! Akra Kemer is unlike any place we have stayed. Nothing was amiss. We can't say enough positive things about the quality of the Akra staff! Almost every encounter was positive and you could tell they were there to give us the best possible experience. They were very friendly, hospitable, professional, and well-deserving of any tips they received. I sincerely hope they are paid well! Thank you, Akra Kemer staff!
Every day provided a trip highlight that one might only experience once at other places: The staff, the spa services, the a la carte restaurants, the dining, the comfort of the room, and the entertainment.
The value for our money was incredible! Akra Kemer goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable and memorable stay. For example, they have Turkish, seafood, Italian, and Asian a la carte restaurants (advanced booking required) with five-course meals and unlimited drinks included. This experience at a restaurant with similar quality and service could easily be 75-100 USD per person. But they provide it free to the guests!
We had an upper-floor room with a sea view that exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They even gave us a welcome gift of fruit and wine! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. The room was very quiet and truly relaxing.

Great hotel, food was amazing, helpful staff, great facilitirs. The only down side is the fact that there Are too many Children who use adult facilities, they disurb your space by jumping off the Mall where signs clearly state no jumping but everyone turns a blind eye in their efforts to secure guests. Not only is it dangerous but your space is invaded by this constant running and jumbing, making it sometime impossible to use the stairs to enter the water from the Mall which is full of sundeck lounges (beautiful Location) designed to offer comfort and enjoyment. Life gusrds spend their time being seen but Not imposing the signage gor prohibited behaviour. The Resort offers fabulous activities and facilities for children, however it is the parents who simply allow their under age children to test their adventurers side without any regard for other guests. It is a hotel in Kemer on the more expensive side, so when you pay top dollar for your enjoyment you expect that your expectations will be included.

Beautiful resort, location is amazing! Negative side is the food choices (quality was ok) and front desk staff was needs to improve customer service skills!
I was charged 160Euro for the second child even online it said 2 kids were included! After debating with them for an hour i paid it and moved on...but would not stay there again or recommend this place!

This was the first time we stay in this hotel for 10 nights hotel is amazing very nice and clean Beach nice and clean Food in the restaurant was delicious good selection everything was fresh thx to Mustafa Hatidje and Medine Nil from a reception was the best all employees are very friendly always smiling Location of hotel is the best in Kemer so close to marina, shops restaurants ,bar ,we are planning to come next year again

We liked this place-it is not large (located inside Kemer city-line) - but beautiful! Swimming in the sea and seeing a mountain line very close-and the parasailing spheres remind Cappadocia-in the morning-when it is windy///Everything is close and reachable...During the night Kemer is a large night disco but it is not so noisy in Kemer Barut...We did not had enough time to enjoy and decided to stay for the additional day-and got upgraded to a superplace with jacuzzi-many Thanks! The staff here pleasant and friendly, real 5-star! Certainly will come again

Outside theater e were entertained by Colombian salsa acrobatic group and a very energetic African acrobatic group. At this time of Year and covid situation it wasn't too busy so always plenty of space in pools, restaurants and bars. Tried our hand at many of the outside activities rifle shooting, boules and darts. Their was also Pilates and Water aerobics for fitness fanatics as well has a well stocked keep fit center. We all had a very enjoyable weeks stay.

Amazing hotel to cater for a family of 3 generations. Set in a beautiful location with a mountain view and clean sea. The service was impeccable. 4 a la carte restraunts with a view but make sure you book 3 days in adance. Mini club for kids is amazing with different activities every day but would probably suit more younger children up to 8 years old. Bigger kids can take part in other entertainment though: table tennis, mini golf, darts, volley ball, boccia. The entertainment team is amazing and is always up to some fun. Appoli and Sasha made their best to get people together and really stood out for us. Lots of sports, sauna, evening live performances and great food and drinks - great holiday overall!

Everything was excellent: service, food, sea, the beach. We received an upgrade, a much better room with a nice sea and mountain view. Nice and interesting activities every day. Unlike neighbouring hotels, this one does not have noisy parties. The hotel is ideal for couples who want calm and respectable holidays. Also would be a good choice for families with kids.

The overall condition, design, cleanliness, service level and room conditions were excellent. We were pleasantly more impressed with our day-to-day experience than the high expectations we already had from photos and prior reviews.The spa/massage manager, activities director and front office/desk manager were very accommodating. They definitely understand how to make guests feel like they come first. Just excellent service...*The “only” true “potential” downside was that although the vast majority (90%+) of staff wore masks indoors (unlike many guests) and outdoors, there were a noticeable half a dozen staff members (including security and 1-2 waiters in the buffet/dining areas) that wore their masks either at their chin level or, more commonly, only over their mouth (not their nose as WHO and every country’s medical experts state is necessary to maximize SARS-CoV-2/Coronavirus transmission. A secondary aspect regarding Covid-19 transmission minimization needing implementation is to add cleaning the seat/chair arms, not just table tops. Many of the guests (easily more than 50%) also did not wear masks indoors (including in the small spaces of lifts/elevators). Guests were mostly from Russian, Ukraine and Britain. It was easy enough to personally wear masks and still feel safe in all areas of the hotel.Everything else was quite exceptional and we would definitely stay again (as is) and would expect to enjoy our stay just as much!Marcus and Anastasiya
