The pool, room and restaurant its cool

Upon arrival we got a room that was not clean. Then are next room the keycard did not work several times thru out our stay. Room smelled mouldy. No hot water and when it was brought up we were told they had no control over the temperature. The water gave my whole family an itchiness after a cold shower.

The room smelled musty and the carpet was damp and dirty. My socks got dirty after a few minutes without shoes. The refrigerator did not work, but they did replace it as soon as I notified staff. The included breakfast was basic and did not offer much variety. All in all, it was as not worth the price I paid.

Disappointed the television did not work in room 105. Second day of my stay I was able to move to 109. Also learned that there had been multiple problems with the TV in room 105.

To start the employee are really friendly. We did have some issues with the jacuzzi;. The stoper wasn't keeping the water from going but that issues was solved right away. The area is really quite. The breakfast area is not the best but regardless how early it was employees still wished a goodmorning with a smile.

This hotel has a severe problem/plague of birds on the trees just outside the rooms. Their chirping was so loud and annoying every single day begining at 5am, so they wake you up no matter what. Another problem was their AC, it just didn't seem to work properly, as much as I decreased the temperature it just won't cool the room.

When we first arrived the room was clean but when I went to take a shower there was a roach in the tub. The lady at the front desk moved us to another room. Although the room was the same size it was missing a lightbulbs and had no couch like it should had and there appeared to be mold behind the toilet in the bathroom. On the last night we saw another cockroach in the bathroom. The rooms should be fumigated routinely to avoid those kind of issues. I will be seeking different accommodations on my next visit.

I was on an 2 day business trip, need close proximity to interstate…need updates done to hotel rooms and especially the bathroom. It was clean, convenient, and very economical and close to other hotels and restaurants. The hotels next door were a bit out of place and suspect.

I usually LOVE comfort suites and this one was a huge disappointment. After i checked in and opened SOMEONE ELSES room I got into a room. How does that happen??? The room was nice until I got to the bathroom and saw black mold all over and roaches in the sink. The water would not get warm in the shower and the bathroom smelled like smoke. The hall was hot and smelled musty. I have stayed at lower rated hotels and not encountered this. Please do not try to save money staying here. It was overall a terrible experience.

We enjoyed our stay, pool was clean and room was too. Staff was friendly and nice. Only thing that I can complain about was there was 4 of us in the suite I rented and only 2 bath towels were in bathroom. Thank goodness we always take our own towels in cases like these. But overall the beds were comfy and room was cold the way we like it during these summer days. We will stay again for sure next time we go.
