Room not clean,.! Large layer of dust on all surfaces- Old sock next to bed, slime on the wale and on the mirrors Wifi signal close to non existing, an old non commercial router placed in the middle of the reception. So for work you need to sit in reception for a signal, not a good place if you have planned to do some work on a device. Empty breakfast buffet. The breakfast balcony looks like a backyard on a ghetto. Hotel general outdated. The 4 stars rating was maybe opening day.

Hotel Flamingo is probably the nicest hotel in la Ampolla, the room is nice, the bathroom is also nice. The only thing I did not like is the way you can hear the noise coming from the adyacente rooms, you can hear the conversation in full detail. But the rest was great, breakfast was also very good. Would not hesitate to estay again.

Great location, there is secure parking underground for a small fee. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the room had adjoining door, therefore not soundproofed plus room was above breakfast area. Apart from that very good.

Restaurant was closed in the evening, due a low season. I had to walk to the village to get something to eat. Otherwise everything was great! Address was difficult and no clear place or any sign to park for check in. After driving around the block came back to original place and walked in.

It’s my second time staying here. Nice hotel. Nice area. The only thing that was missing was an iron and iron board. They didn’t have one for customers, but they graciously offered me some help with the industrial one they have for their business. Be sure to try a gin&tonic made with the local gin “harbour” you can find it at local restaurants and bars

Totally ignored by reception staff on arrival. Thereafter good with all other staff members we met excellent. Room allocated roof window only. Oppressive. Food and service excellent and great value for money.

In general it was ok but the bedrooms that face the South or West overheat even with the blackout curtain closed and the air con can't cope (set on 30 seconds per 20 minutes by hotel) Also the choice at breakfast was very limited for a hotel of 4 stars. Staff helpful though

I stay in a lot of hotels across each year travelling on business. I cant get anywhere near the Costas apart from in Winter and it is lovely to be able to and very pleasant to be in this hotel too. Provided all that I needed and I undertand why parking facilities are too limited to be worth expecting... its not what this hotel is about. No problem as the streets are so quiet anyway in January my vehicle was not in any danger.

Very good Hotel. We have stayed here before, and it hadnt changed at all. Rooms are comfortable, and the sea view is superb. The staff are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. I would recommend Hotel Flamingo to any-one who wanted to visit LAmpolla

Evrything about this hotel was good. A warm welcome , understated but very attentive staff always ready to help. Being English i do like teamaking facilities on the room and there were none. I do not hold this against the hotel because not everybody requires this Perhaps a compromise would be the opportunity to rent a kettle at least and then thise who would like this facility could have it at a reasonable price without the hotel having to purchase 102 kettles ! Overall a lovely stay in a very nice hotel. Thank you

Evening meals are in the restaurant overlooking the sea and are mainlyA three course set menu with three selections on each course. Excellent from start to finish. A warm and helpful check-in, a clean and comfortable room with good heating/air-con. Secure Underground parking. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Easy check out. Perfect.

Excellent for town an beech, unfortunately the hotel could do with a makeover would stay here again .

Hotel was really good. very clean Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location to Llampolla was excellent. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have coffee/tea facilities in the hotel room but apart from that would definitely use again.

I've stayed at the flamingo on three occasions, each time for about a week. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and competent. The building is very clean and still looks like new.
