Overall, you really do only pay for the view. Hotel rooms are quite outdated with very minimal in room amenities. Staff are very friendly and the food at the restaurant was beautiful however that’s where it ends.
Wifi is very average and hardly works/reaches the terrace rooms. Our room was FULL of mould all over the walls in the bedroom and bathroom which is not a great sight. Ceiling fan has 2 speeds - barely on or absolutely blasting and was very squeaky so could hear it all night. Walls are thin and could hear the people in the room next to us having a conversation/coughing all night. Parking is minimal also and is “best dressed first served” and if no parks available, there is no street parking.
Overall, it was an okay stay but not worth the price paid ($330AUD per night).

Absolutely wonderful. I was only in for a night but would love to return with my girlfriend. Great food at the restaurant, good service from the staff, ample parking, and a nice room. However, you real reason to come is for the view. Magnificent

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! We came on our honeymoon and the staff made us feel like guests of honor, they were incredibly resourceful in helping us book accomodations and understanding the travel times necessary to get to and from activities. Highly recommend Il Perlo Panorama for your Lake Como stay, as the breathtaking views speak for themselves, but the hotel landscape, restaurant, and staff all added to an incredible visit!

Excellent hotel with outstanding views and kindest staff. Be aware of the transportation as there is no real bus, taxi or Uber, call the hotel for a shuttel.

This hotel is splendid for its view, which I believe is the best in Como.
The booking for hotel shuttle is essential for people who access there by public transportation as this area doesn’t have taxi.
We missed the opportunity to stay in a lake view hotel due to a checking trouble, but still I want to come back to this hotel for its amazing view and the hotel staff, who was considerate and kind when dealing with the trouble.
It was an unforgettable moment that we had a dinner with beautiful sunset view.

This property is exactly described as its title- the Pearl. It overlooks such Beautiful mountain side Lakes, and depending on your room location, you will awake by A Majestic View of Lake Como. The restaurant has limited early closing hours for dinner, and there is a shuttle service fee to go to and from town where you have a wider variety of options. The Young Ladies at the front desk are just friendly and helpful as can be, they really make you feel right at home.

What an absolutely wonderful place with just breathtaking views! We are still thinking about it. The cleanliness, service and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was great! Staffs were so nice! We will definitely stay here again!

An extraordinary property, perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Como and the surrounding hills and mountains. Staff, room, food and just overall experience were all top notch. Haven't had breakfast yet, but I am sure that will be delicious, too!

This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future.
