Lights didn’t work, it was either hot or cold no in between, bed was uncomfortable

The toilet non stop flushing and no microwave on the room. Other than that good

Short overnight stay and arrived early and the courteous and friendly staff were able to check me in early so I could rest from all night driving. Thank you so much .

Very comfortable

Came in to the room very late at night on the weekend hoping to have a good sleep . But the window curtain would not close and morning sunlight was hitting straight in. Ruined my sleep. The hotel staff couldn’t help to fix the curtain. Booked the hotel to get some sleep but that didn’t happen. Extremely upset and dissatisfied.

The hotel seemed run down, unkempt and dirty. Several noticeable things were broken. My room carpet was dirty and there was someone’s hair in the tub, bathroom floor and sink.

Ok hotel to spend the night. The pool is not heated as advertised. Breakfast is not included and even if you pay for the “upgrade” for breakfast is only cereal, bagels, muffins, milk and juice. Eggs, bacon and waffles are a la carte and priced at $14. Might as well drive a little further and eat at a real restaurant. Property is safe and conveniently located. Overall good.

Friendly staff. Great lobby area lots of seating. Nice food area with hot food options. Like the swimming pool area.

I stayed with my family there for three nights first night noisy people above us second night couldn’t get into our new room that they changed for us and it had a clear plastic bag over the fire alarm that could’ve not went off if there was an actual fire in the hotel itself Horribly and unsafe and The night right before we were leaving the air conditioning went out and it was hot and disgusting all night long and the rooms were filthy. Never go to this hotel.

Great stay for a night while working at the hospital

Carpets were old and dirty. I paid for 1st night even though checked out after couple hours. Waiting on credit for 2 other nights. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on.Needs serious updating for cleanliness.

To tell you the truth we didn't expect such a nice stay in Victorville but the Hilton was great. The room was very clean & comfy. The lobby was so beautifully decorated, lots of comfy seating & the breakfasts there are so tasty & I'm usually picky about those things but was impressed on the quality of my 3 egg omelet, fruit & coffee and mostly the service. Our waitress each morning was so nice but I'm sad I didn't get her name to reference her here as she was the best. Looking forward to saying there again in the future!

Pool was ice ice cold and jacuzzi has so much chlorine in it that our eyes where crying and we where coughing so hard. Our lung where burning.

We were going to a 40th birthday party and didn’t want to drive home. We booked this hotel and we’re so surprised of how nice it was! The front staff was wonderful. And the cute bartender Kayla was amazing. Will recommend this place to anyone!

It was very comfortable and clean with great amenities. The only thing i didn’t like is they charge for the continental breakfast which is included in most hotels.

Very nice staff, small restaurant where you have a pretty good variety of food. Coffee in the morning is great. The elevator is a little slow.

We've stayed here before and it was ok, but this stay the room was filthy; french fries and pill packets from whomever was there before - someone probably just forgot to vacuum. I'll still stay here though

Its a nice middle aged hotel In the middle of nowhere. It is nice and quiet except you can here people walking upstairs

I suggest staying elsewhere and save your money. Amenities are improperly listed thru Orbitz, the property is outdated, hot tub needs six pressure washing sessions, breakfast is 30 or so extra bucks, but you can get some weak coffee for free on the way out the door wondering what happened to your 200 dollars. They are gouging because there’s in Victorville proper. I would just give those places a try.

For paying almost $200 I expected it to be like other Hiltons I've stayed up but this one the bed was terrible which I did see that they were starting to change out mattresses I woke up with the worst back ache in the morning My bathroom when I first got there smelled like somebody did drugs in it and by the morning it smell like somebody smoked a million cigarettes and apparently that happens if somebody on the floor is smoking in their room it comes through the vents so not really their fault but that sucked. The staff was wonderful they were very kind and the restaurant staff was great but we got a pizza and it was almost like a frozen pizza taste with more cheese though there's an amusement park next door next to the freeway so that's convenient. I did like that they had places to charge your phone in your room that was an upgrade but the bedding the flooring are roof in our room was all patched up in gross looking made me feel like somebody above us might come through I think for the price that they're asking a night it should have a lot better upgrades and it shouldn't be so outdated feeling they don't even offer breakfast at that price they make you pay extra $32 or more if you want breakfast most Hilton's give you breakfast in the morning so that was also a downer. The shampoo and conditioner with some brand I haven't heard of and made my hair feel like straw so once again for the price you think that you would be getting better soaps me and my skin very dry feeling.

Pretty run down compared to other Hilton Garden Hotels I’ve stayed at.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & they're pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back for another visit.

Very nice and enjoyable

This is the second time we stayed at the same hotel for Christmas to visit family. Once again my complaints are the same, the pillows are very uncomfortable and the shower is horrible. I rented two rooms and one of the showers was spraying all over the place. (437) A small investment in replacing the shower heads with handheld showers would make a huge difference. The staff was super friendly. That was a plus.
