The hotel staff are very good

Services are good. Staff were courteous and very helpful. The courtesy breakfast was excellent. Overall was excellent.

There is music late night in the restaurant, it is very loudly and i couldn't sleep

Excellent Indian restaurant, very nice reception team & good bathroom.

It was good. I was just at the hotel for the day, and the complementary airport pick up was very helpful.

No frills hotel. A lower-end 4-star facility with 3-star price. Swimming pool is unheated and you can feel sands under your feet; but water is not dirty. Towels provided, but no soap at pre-shower. Rooms are nice and big. However we had to call mechanic as AC was not cooling enough. Buffet BF restaurant was crowded with inadequate service. We had had to wait so long just for hot water (for tea) to be refilled. I may stay there again as long as high discount continues.

I wanted to have my friend come up stairs while I was cleaning up to go eat. The staff stopped us as we were getting in the elevator and proceed to tell me I had to pay 10 bd just to have my friend up for 10 mins. They would not use common sense when my friend offered for them to hold her ID so they could see that we were leaving and she was not staying the night. They insisted she stay in the lobby......as a gentleman I proceed to insist I pay 10 bd. I have stayed many times, I REALLY REALLY like this place but they will never see a fucking dime from me again. I am bummed but I will go somewhere else and treated with respect

If your intention is just to have a good place to stay and a good breakfast at an affordable price, this is it and has more to offer. The location is in the old town area with lots of local food outlets to have something to eat. A Value for money.

Service was not the best. Staff did not know where the keys to the car were after they parked the cars. Front desk took a photocopy of our passports and then asked if we wanted them back (well duh!)They could not find our reservation as THEY spelled our name wrong and told us that the first time we gave them the name it wasn't the same as the second... it was the exact same name AND I also spelled it out for them TWICE

THE WATER PRESSURE OF THE SHOWER WAS VERY LOW AND WE CANNOT TAKE OUT THE SHOWER FROM ITS FIXING. NOT ENOUGH THREE PIN PLUGS TO CONNECT TO CHARGE THE MOBILE OR TABLET.

Apart from the attendants attempt to convince me I booked for only one, when I knew I booked for two. The overall experience was pretty good. The place was way better than I was expecting, considering where its located. Id definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends
