Very nice resort feel. You don’t feel like your in Ohio at the lake. You feel like your at the ocean with the poolside bar and clean bright pools. The pools are also heated !!! Love the location right on the lake and walking distance to the strip

I didn’t stay when I arrived to check in. They told me that. They called my reservation because half of the hotel didn’t have electricity. And they haven’t returned what I paid yet. I had to sleep in my car Because I couldn’t find another hotel available .

We stayed last year and it was great, loved it. However, this year a major storm hit Lake Erie right after 4-oclock check in. Power was lost around 6 pm and never restored to our room throughout check-out the following day. No warm water to even shower after a hot sleepless night in the room. However, some rooms had power restored. We were not one of them. The fridge went into thaw mode and water all over the floor. I had to call the front desk to ask about the status of power and let them know about the fridge. Also, we had a 3-year-old with us who was afraid of the dark. There was NO emergency lighting in the room which was pitch-black. I had to ask for a flashlight so we could at least not bump into things, do diaper changes, and to try to get the little guy to sleep. They provided a tiny flashlight. The hotel offered NOTHING for our inconvenience. Cold water bottle? The restaurant and bar had power and were open so you could eat. The front desk and lobby had power so they could take your money. You COULD buy a novelty ice cream from the cart in the lobby. We understand that a storm was not their fault, but the fact that some had power and some did not really upset us. Offer a $100 voucher to come back within a year to those that never had power their entire stay. That would have been something. Only money-making options were available. Very disappointed that not one thing was done, nothing offered for a miserable stay.

Area grounds were beautifully landscaped. Pool area was amazing perfectly kept I wish there was more fire pits though. Room was small needed updated there wasn’t a vent fan in our bathroom (or it just wasn’t working) it was just a standard room next time will get the deluxe . Horizons restaurant was really good with the breakfast buffet too.

Beautiful, peaceful and clean lodge. Wonderful week end to recharge. Pool was clean and great as well as the hot tub. Beautiful sunset. Can’t wait to come back again!! There is something here for everyone!

Really nice property and Lake Erie was beautiful!

I really enjoyed the location and indoor pool. The whole set up. So nice and right by the lake. Staff also went above and beyond. The only downside was our room. I do feel it could have been cleaner.

The customer service was awesome! There can be improvement on the room cleaning, it was dust on the headboard and lamp very visible

Very nice place, lot to do, very family oriented. Balcony and microwave would be nice but for one night not necessary. Very clean and very friendly staff

Drove 5 hours to the hotel YOU guaranteed through your site! THERE WERE NO ROOMS! THEY HAD BEEN BOOKED SOLID FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS. I expect something BIG for YOUR MISTAKE! Try explaining this to your family if it had happened to you!I expect some form of compensation from YOU!

We ate at the restaurant, and I think it could be improved. Service was slow and the chicken was charred around the edges, the gnocchi was undercooked. Service and food in the lounge/bar area was excellent!

Probably the best place to stay at Geneva. Great for family and friends. I will definitely recommend this place. Love it!

First time visiting! Beautiful place. Very clean. So relaxing! Loved the pool and shuffle board court. All staff so friendly and nice. Planning on making this a yearly trip!

A lot of family issues that started on Mother's Day. Had to cancel our Florida visit.. with no refund granted to take care of both of my parents in 2 different hospitals. Husband planned this so I could recharge myself. It was perfect weather was perfect

We got to enjoy the northern lights from our patio. It was amazing. The room was very clean and comfy. The bathroom was a good size which is nice. So many hotels have tiny bathrooms.
