Changing everyday towels bathroom and good cleaning room

Oasis Hotel & Spa in Agadir is in a good location close to the beach, marina and kasbah cable car terminal. The hotel is generally in decent condition, however it could do with some maintenance in places. Cleaning standards are decent, although a little more time and effort could be spent on cleaning guests room and towels are overdue a replacement. the big positive is the staff, all of whom were welcoming, friendly and helpful, particularly the young lady in the poolside cafe/bar, who is charming.

This is my second time i have stayed here as the location is perfect. The Beach is 5 minutes walk and the shops are all nearby walking distance. The hotel is very nice for the price i paid and all the staff are very friendly. The next time im in morrocco again I will probably stay here again.

The floor staff were warm and friendly. Oasis Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location, and it has a sparkling, good sized swimming pool if you don't want to swim in the sea. Beautiful grounds and facilities, and very child-friendly.

Had a pleasant stay, room was cleaned every morning and towels replaced. Clean toilets and floors. Hot shower and good water pressure. I didn't use the pool or the restaurant as I ate outside and frequented the beach (only 3 mins walk away). Plenty of food outside to chose from. Had an issue with the Aircon and they changed my room within 20mins.

Location is perfect. close to the beach, cable cars station and city center. Staff are helpful and friendly. For the price it was OK and one can turn the blind eye to few mishaps and expect few improvements.

Stayed for 4 night, should be better if you pay 50 dollars for a night. The hotel breakfast is poor not a lot of virtues, not even fresh bagels or breadstuffs.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. I stayed there 3 days. The breakfast was included, but it wasn't good.

Well located hotel near the boardwalk of Agadir. Ok breakfast in a very noisy environment. Very lousy internet in our room and not better even after asking for improvement. During one hour of surf we could lose contact with the routers 20-30 times and no connection at all for long periods. The parking is safe and easy to access. Pool area is fresh and good.

Warning, warning, warning!! Expedia and this hotel are both scammers! For our July 2021 vacation, we booked this hotel in May and to our surprise we arrive to the hotel after a long drive and when we arrived, the woman in the front desk middle-aged with short reddish hair rudely told us they don’t have our reservation and that they didn’t work with Expedia since the pandemic started (hence, 4 months later they’re still listed on Expedia). She claimed there is nothing she can do and handed over Expedia’s number. We had to go add money on our phone to call, before we can speak to someone, the money ran out. My 2-year old, myself and my husband had a nightmare to say the least. We had no choice but to go to walk over to the next hotel and pay even more money. Expedia hasn’t given us our refund and the thieves at the hotel took our money. We call Expedia and we just get passed around from Nepal to India to I don’t where. As soon as work slows down, I will be suing Expedia and the scammer/hospital like hotel. The pics are very misleading.

Needs improvement in cleanness. Floors are not clean enough, some of the electric sockets are open (danger) and needs plumping work (some of the faucets are too old)

I really liked the service of the people. Every day they cleaned the room. There was also a butler who helps your suitcase upstairs. Breakfast was really good. I liked it very much.

Music till 5 am at the hotel disco caused us a sleepless night. After that we heard a fight downstairs...

We arrived at late evening. check in was smooth. room is very basic. worst experience was breakfast. we were informed that it is served from 6.30 we came at 6.40 there was nothing prepared. we asked at reception what time is breakfast and have been informed that usually at 6.30. we come back at 7... guess what still no breakfast. we waited 5ore minutes and received few slices of bread, butter and jam. there was also coffee available.

I do not recommend the hotel, and the reason for that is the noise from the nightclubs. There is nightclubs located near the hotel that makes it almost impossible to sleep.

Small room, reasonably clean, wifi worked alright, clean swimming pool, pool bar with local beers at 20 DH (price doubles at tourist pubs) and any football match you want on tv. Had to pay 18 DH city tax even though the booking said all taxes included...also had to pay 25 DH to be allowed to use the safety deposit box IN MY ROOM. Which I didn't pay of course, very greedy indeed. Agadir's got absolutely nothing to offer so unless you're there on a charter tour and wanna place yourself on a crowded not very nice beach or a family vacation, one night is more than enough.

Very good for a business trip

Travelled with children over Easter and can not fault the Hotel. Very nice, clean rooms, spacious with comfortable beds and an excellent view of sea/mountain. My kids loved the swimming pool that was thouroughly cleaned everyday and towels were provided for the sunbathing around the pool.

I travelled to Agadir in a group of seven including my 5 and 7 year old children. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel rooms were very nice, clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned everyday without fail. The swimming pool was cleaned and treated therefore perfect for my children.

Negatives:The room we had was in a corner above the little shop outside at the back of the hotel and never had sun at any point of the day. There was no furniture on the small balcony. The room was small but adequate. It was very noisy in the room from 7am onwards with doors banging and people talking and moving about. You couldn't help the doors banging. Ours did as well. The walls let all noise through. The bar area was drab and uninviting.Positives: Staff were friendly. Pool was very clean and surrounding garden tidy. Towels were provided which was good

A great hotel, modern, clean, amazing staff and right next to the beach front. Fantastic value for money! Will defo visit again.
