Worst stay I've had in my 10+ years traveling
I was overcharged on multiple occations and the manager Abigail Angel was very unprofessional and un willing to help expain the issues with me being overcharged. I was on the phone with my bank trying to figure out all of these charges and she walked off while I was at the front desk and then came back and said "this sounds like a issue with your bank so you should take these papers back to your room" The bank representative was absolutely shocked that she was acting this way.... A very very rude/disrespectful individual unprofessional and not the kind of person to have as a manager at a hotel.

The tool was not clean and beds were worn out. Shower had a large brown stain near the drain and there wasn’t hot water for showers. For the price it was below my expectations

Our trip to Laramie was part of a family road trip. We happened to be in town during Jubilee Days, which was fun. The hotel, however, is not conveniently located; you have to drive to get to restaurants or any other attractions. The bathroom was very dirty; the bathtub was not washed at all and was covered in sand. The walls were thin so we could hear a man coughing really badly continuously. Interestingly, two days later we got Covid. However, the staff were super friendly, which is always a bonus and Laramie is such a great town.

Got in very late after midnight. We were met with a wonderful manager who ensured we were taken care of. Woke up next am, breakfast and on our way. Although the pool was inviting we were not able to enjoy.

Staff was so friendly! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spacious with soft, clean beds. Nice place to get ready out of the bathroom as well. Desk for work. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Overall quiet hotel, I will be returning in the future!

The reception team were wonderful and they gave us a map of Laramie, directions to avoid the horrendous roadworks, a few dinner recommendations (well worth taking). Hotel, bedroom, bathroom all clean. Breakfast was good. Minor issue was there was no microwave to heat the porridge.

As a solo traveler, the Comfort Inn was the grace I needed after my sketchy stay in Omaha. The staff at Comfort is so so nice and sweet, my room was comfy and had everything I needed. I felt very safe and taken care of here. They even gave me treats for my dog! My room was nothing fancy but it was perfect for a night stay and again had everything I needed. Safety is my #1 priority when booking and this place definitely hit the mark. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and safe!

Great stay multiple visits here while our son went to wyotech. Tracy was great always had a great staff and great service. The breakfast was great and always stocked we went during graduation for our son and the hotel was packed but the staff were always on top of things and very friendly and accommodating. We had a large part of 15 ppl staying and every one agreed the same the service and stay was amazing.

Property is nice, easy to get to from the interstate. Clean room except the carpet was a bit worn and stained. Everything else was very suitable for a 1 night stay.

It’s not near the University of Wyoming, but the stay was nice and the staff was friendly and excellent with customer service.

Ease of finding off interstate. Could walk dog nearby easily. Was fairly quiet except for late check ins at 2 a.m. Great employee, Elizabeth. She was very attentive and friendly and very commited to helping in whatever we needed.

We arrived late at Comfort Inn & Suites Laramie, and the lady checking us in took excellent care of us. She even let us pick where we wanted our room to be located. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept great after a long day of traveling. Thank you for a great stay!

This location was perfect for my needs! We had a quick trip to Wyoming for a college graduation and this was close to campus and downtown. We found some good food near by and the hotel was clean, warm in looks and service. We would stay here again.

The woman that checked us in was so very sweet and helpful!! Upon entering the room, the smell was wonderful!! The breakfast had fresh scrambled eggs and all the choices were yummy! We traveled with 2 dogs and the grounds were very nice and pet friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again!!
