Beautiful condo just minutes from Wentworth Falls. Gentleman at check in was so helpful, even walked us to where we parked!

Amazing hotel within walking distance to Wentworth Falls. The room was clean and tidy and spacious with a balcony on either side. The gardens are well kept and beautiful and waking up to the fresh air and rain was amazing.

Simply superb. What a great facility, location, set up, and service.
Stayed 3 nights and was fantastic. Great location for planning hikes etc and sightseeing.
We had a first floor studio and was remarkably spacious and well equipped. The balconies front and rear great for afternoon relax after a hike.
Added bonus of wild Cockatoo cheekily tapping on window and I fed them some seed and bread.
The grounds are spotless and well maintained
Out and about, we dined in Katoomba but if you want to prepare food at the studio there’s a combo microwave etc.
coffee maker, kettle and fridge available.
Really is a fantastic set up, and should we ever come back to Oz we would definitely book this place for longer.
Some fantastic walks.. make sure you go to Minnehaha Falls for a swim in rock pool etc .

I found this room a little disappointing. It's run-down and needs a serious refresh.
Blind in the bathroom was broken. Curtains in the living room didn't close properly leaving a gap which made me feel a bit self-conscious. Screen door was a pig to close. Chipped and cracked tiles. Inch-thick dust on top of the closet and behind the TV unit, etc.
There's no daily cleaning service, which is fine, but the lack of a broom or mop in the unit meant I couldn't clean up after myself.
Cigarette smoke wafting in from the neighbouring units was a big issue. I had to keep the doors and windows closed when they were in which is a shame. That, more than anything ruined my stay.
Its a shame really because the area is BEAUTIFUL. Also the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the gas fire was a nice touch on cold nights.
Hope your stay is better than mine.

Falls Mountain retreat is so beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was absolutely beautiful and so well appointed and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in a LOFT which was beautiful. Plenty of room, TWO balconies, a spa bath & a/c & gas fire.

Overall impression disappointing for advertised "luxury" accommodation. A one bedroom apartment sadly lacking in maintenance, e.g. an electric-fired gas heater that continually failed to ignite on a day temperature of 12 degrees. Unmatched lounge chairs with different pattern, chair cushions and armrests frayed and dotted with smudges of questionable matter had to be covered with bath towel to safeguard one's clothing. Seriously water-damaged bathroom basin-cabinet, Tiles lifted from grouting around spa bath/shower. Unstable footing inside elevated bath tub when showering. Extremely low shower water pressure just sufficient enough to rinse off soap from body. Outdoor rear patio covered in black mould and littered with dead cockroaches. Entry and exit from unit extremely taxing to unlock, lock and extraction of door key requiring attention from maintenance staff to remedy.

Great place, and location. Staff could not do enough. Clean, tidy and nice decor. The apartment was warm and toasty when we arrived. Right next to wentworth falls which were amazing. Leura the town next door had lovely shops and restaurants. Great stay, wish we had booked longer.

We had a loft unit for two. Gas fire was lit when we arrived. Reception by Amanda from Brazil was exceptional. She also called before end of shift to see if we would need anything before morning.
This location in Wentworth Falls is great, but we especially appreciated the well-appointed studio for space and comfort at competitive pricing for the area. We were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

You cant beat the location for access to Wentworth Falls. The accomodation was aged when you look closely, including stained carpet, but the staff are friendly and it's great value for the price and comes with a lovely gas fireplace, which was nice to take the chill off.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Apartment. We found it to be very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is air con, gas heater and electric blankets so we were very warm. All the staff were very polite and helpful. If we needed any extras they were more than happy to help. Wentworth falls walking track is close by (walking distance) there is also another walking track near by in the other direction which has a great cafe in the conservation hut, they're open for breakfast and lunch.

Tucked away not far from the center of Wentworth Falls the Falls Mountain Retreat is a nice place to stay. There is a gas fire in the room for warmth, a spacious spa bath and 2 balconies for quiet contemplation.

best and affordable accomodation i stayed at near the blue mountains area. i’d recommend the studio loft unless you’re cooking your own meals. within walking distance to falls lookout and a short drive to echo point. reception actually offered any assistance i may need which i didn’t have any.

What a peaceful retreat. We were welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The fire in our room was blazing. It was so cozy. We had a wonderful hike down to the falls and we had everything we needed to make a family dinner back at the place. We were so comfortable. The two bedroom condo is divided into two completely separate spaces so we had our own restrooms and privacy when we wanted it. What a beautiful location with so much to do within walking distance.

Lovely grounds & very easy to find backing onto reserve. Self contained units. Good size apartments with king size comfy bed. Gas fire in loungroom & air conditioning. Lovely large bathroom with large spa overlooking the reserve. Had a front & rear courtyard with parking at front of apartment. Had a few issues with the gas fire but attended to ASAP very good response with any issues. Office manager very easy to speak to with excellent customer service which is nice to see. Will be returning.
