The Botanic apartments were all that they advertise to be. It's a quiet situation, but with the main shopping area within walking distance. We found the apartment to be very clean and fresh. Was great to have a king bed with beautiful fresh linen. The bathroom and kitchen were new and it was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer within the apartment. My husband and I would definately stay again when in Warnambool. Highly recommend.

We have stopped at these apartments before and they are presented immaculately, and Linda even up graded our room. We both slept really well, and it is really quiet here. Would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The room was beautiful and clean, light and airy. Great ambience. The reception staff were lovely with suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. Would absolutely stay there again.

We booked 3 D 2 N , and the second day we backed to the apt, We saw a green rubbish bag in front of our door. And its broken, the garbage all over the ground. We cleaned it up and feel so rude… we are ok to clear it by ourselves…and it affects the hygienic environment too

The apartment had everything we needed. Comfy chairs, excellent cooking equipment and friendly staff. I ended up leaving something behind and Linda went out of her way to get it get it back to me. Wonderful position as well, close to the gardens.

Very thoughtfully renovated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would say it may because it hadn't been rented out in a while but there was a film of dust over everything in the bathroom. Other than that, thr staff were wonderful and it was a pleasant two night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent in terms of supermarkets and the city centre. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for our four night stay. We would certainly use these apartments again.
