Attentive staff, clean room. A bit far from where we needed to be but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Overall would stay again!

Great staff

We stayed 1 night on this hotel, on our way back to Montreal. Compared to the same brand, but in Burlington, the hotel feels inferior in quality. We were greeted by a fire alarm right when I was paying for the room, and we had to leave for about 40 mins. We were very tired and that was very disappointing. Apparently, some jokers had some fun smoking in the room or something. Everybody was outside, the firefighters inside and after they left, we saw a fishy couple going out discretely. A big shame on them if it was them, calling themselved "adults". There were numerous families with children outside, directly from the swimming pool, in the wind. I cannot blame the hotel at all, just dumb people once again not respecting others, as it is usually the case. Concerning our room, the toilet was not flushing, the matress had a present humid smell, and it was basic overall. The location is convenient though, because of the proximity with a boulevard which leads to a good morning coffee and some restaurants. Speaking of this, the italian restaurant named Il Fornello is absolutely stellar. Excellent food and beer there, and after a long trip, finding this jewel was very appreciated. The hotel was safe after the incident. No annoyances or noise coming from the highway and they have plenty of parking. Overall, I recommend the hotel, especially for the price on the vecinity of Toronto and its location.

This property was extremely friendly and helpful as soon as we said we are booked for a few days, not sure if one of the girls names but she was just more than helpful about the area and where to pick up things we forgot I HAD A GREAT STAY HERE, One issue is no smart tv, limited internet and charging for movies that are so old, seems like a money grab, get smart tv so people can watch their own Netflix or Disney channels

Worst experience ever. Booked for 3 nights and checked out after 1 night. Staff wasn't nice. Amenities was crap!

Easy to find

The breakfast menu was outstanding. The fruit in the fruit cups was sweet and ripe. I was glad to eat the Quinoa Power bowl. Coffee in the rooms was good. There was only one elevator working during our stay, which meant longer waits. As well our room was beside the third floor elevator landing, and loud music was playing in the area. I phoned the desk at 845 pm and asked for the music to be turned down, I was told it would be automatically at 9 pm. At 915 it was still blaring, I called again and this time it was shut off. Also we could hear traffic through the night, no fault of the hotel, but soundproofing is not a highlight of this property. Otherwise very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff are exceptional!

Nice clean hotel and it was quiet, even though our room was very close to elevator and looked out over Hwy 401 which is always busy. Nice warm pool - although a bit small - was great with ample towels. Only complaint was only one elevator working - in seeing some past reviews before booking, that seemed to be a problem for quite some time and still not rectified. Note, not basing review on restaurant but although some entrees were decent, was not great for kids and ended up being ridiculously expensive - $9 for a bowl of ice cream for my 8-year old grand-daughter. tiny bowl of plain pasta charged at $22?

Very friendly staff. One elevator was not working, so with the hotel being busy it was a bit of a nuisance.

Nice, clean, quiet

Hotel had 2 elevators but only 1 was in service the whole 3 nights we were there. The hotel has 6 floors and guests were complaining that it takes too long to get in and out of the building because of only 1 elevator working.

The installation need improvement

An ok experience. Came in exactly at 3pm (Check-in time). We were told the room was not ready and had to wait 30 mins before we can get to our rooms. Booked for 4 but only 3 barth towels. I made a mistake thinking that breakfast was included but it was in fact available for order. Still a great place. The room we had was spacious. Only having one elevator out of two is working. So it was pretty inconvenient for everyone. I'd still recommend.

What we booked on expedia was not the room we got. In addition, we hung the "service not required" on the door but cleaning staff ignored and entered the room.

Stayed here during the long weekend in Aug. sadly the hotel is very nice but on the website they lied and said it’s newly renovated. There is construction going on in the parking lot which takes away an outdoor seating area. The elevator was broken Thursday morning and was still NOT fixed by the time we checked out Sunday. The front desk staff was ok. Not very welcoming and a few times seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. I booked an extra night and was told I would stay in the same room for the full weekend then I was told I had to move rooms. The housecleaning crew was rude to my wife demanding she left, but we didn’t even have a new room. Not a great experience overall.

I found a used wash cloth in the shower, wasnt a big deal but the sheets were not clean, i requested new sheets, had to make bed myself, no staff on a sold out long weekend

It was a short one night stay and part of a longer trip

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and the seating area outside was also nice. The only complaint is that our room was equipped with a pullout sofa for our teenager, but it was broken and very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t so late, I would have talked to the front my desk about it, but we just wanted to go to sleep. We ended up stuffing the couch cushions under the broken side to hold it up.

Having a sold out weekend, both elevators should have been working. It was an inconvenience to carry heavy bags up and down the stairs. Check in was mess. They couldn’t give me a correct total for my stay.
