I could not get onto the Wi-Fi. I was told by the front desk I had to be a Hilton honors member which I am. The screen never came up to put in my last name and my room number. So I called the main number for Hilton and they just transferred me back to the front desk. The shower curtain is set up to not close all the way so every shower I got water on the floor. I could hear the conversation of the people next-door to me. You would think building a hotel you will put more soundproofing in between the walls, but that’s just me.

Check in was very easy and friendly. We always stay here when we fly out of Jacksonville. Very convenient to airport and offsite parking. Even has a Longhorn in front parking lot! The only criticism this stay is the pillows are terrible. They are super soft and “crumbly “. Very hard to get any kind of head/neck support which really affected my sleep.

My room was infested with Bed bugs. It was miserable. I ended up leaving 2 days before checkout. Had to sanitize all my belongings. The worst part is i tried to contact a manager and was still to this day unable to reach a manager. Stay away! My team and i will never stay here again

The staff at the Hampton Inn and suites went above and beyond. Upon our arrival the electricity went out, so they were unable to check in any guests. Shout out to the desk ckerk. She took the initiative to arrange a room for us at their sister property (few doors down). She even drove over to the other property to personally check us in.

Great stay! We travel with two small dogs and Hampton Inn is great with pets. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Most everything was good. The elevator made terrible noises that scared everyone and their pool had absolutely no shade around it no umbrellas no nothing so it was late. Just hot at the pool as it would’ve been anywhere else. Otherwise the facilities were good.

I would not stay here. There are plenty of other options. Check in was at 3, our room wasn’t ready until 4:10…. We needed a room to get ready for a rehearsal dinner that we were running late for. The woman at the front desk was more concerned about how she looked in front of other customers than our accommodations. After our 1 night stay, there was no coffee in the morning (this is a deal breaker for some)

Front desk was ok when. I checked in. Next morning clerk was in the back . Had to knock on desk and ask for help. Clerk seemed un interested. Morning breakfast was non existent. Had people there. No food and no Interest in replacement.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfy and the breakfast is good. The hotel is a little dated. The staff are what sets this place apart of the rest. They are so friendly and accommodating and take great pride in what they do. I’ve been using this hotel for years when I have flights in and out of Jax.
