The staff during my stay was out of this world helpful. The young lady at the reception Maddy I believe was so patient and helpful with my pregnant wife I could not say enough about her all weekend. Rooms are nice everything was great otherwise.

The hotel is located very close to the harbor Lake and trails. They have nice bikes that are available and included in the price. Parking is very reasonable at $15 per night. The staff was great, and they really worked hard to accommodate us. The fitness center is well equipped. Views of the lake on the 8th floor were excellent.
The only slight negatives were as follows: breakfast in their restaurant was somewhat marginal. The filtered water machine in the fitness center didn’t work.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Deducting a star as hot tub was out of service and this was the reason we chose this more expensive hotel over another choice.

We visit Burlington at least a couple times a year but this was out first time at this hotel. Very clean, nice lobby & restaurant/bar on the first floor. Our room wasn't huge, but it was perfect for what we needed. Loved the bathroom, large open shower, and the full length mirror on the wall (ladies appreciate these kinds of touches). Staff was very friendly and parking was convenient. Bonus is that it's next door to our favorite restaurant, Hen of the Wood. Would stay here again.

The hotel would not service the room daily unless your stay is more than 2 nights. This is unacceptable, specially at a nightly rate of $400 plus.

Hotel was clean, elegant, and new. Soundproof room. Comfortable beds. Great location. Staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Complimentary maple candies very sweet (pun intended). On-site parking very convenient. Only issue we had was confusion about room service--said they had it but couldn't find any hours or menu online or in the room. We figured out it was the affiliated restaurant (Bleu) and their menu but still weren't sure of hours, etc.

Great location in downtown Burlington. The sunset view from the bar area is fantastic. The lobby/bar area was very nice and apparently fairly popular, with a friendly vibe. A very easy walk to Church street as well as the waterfront. As a sidebar, we didn't have trouble finding street parking.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Church Street shops and restaurants, food in the hotel was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. Best place I have ever stayed in Burlington. Only issues were small; floor in the shower in room 705 doesn't tilt toward the drain so there is a large slippery puddle left even 24 hours after you last showered, towel bar or hooks on the back of bathroom door would have been really handy, and bathroom sink has a big crack in it, which didn't affect function at all, but may get worse over time, so check it out. Thanks for a great stay!

NIce hotel near restaurants, shops and walking along the path above the lake. Wonderful dining and bar. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and food was delicious.

We love the property but noticed that surrounding area has deteriorated -more homeless people, but we will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

While I didn’t get the room that I reserved I did get an 8th floor room with a phenomenal view of the lake (I received an accessibility room but reserved a king room with pull out and lake view.)
As I mentioned the view was amazing, the floor was quiet, all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The pool area and parking lot were clean; someone restocked towels at the pool within minutes of me calling to say they were out.
The hotel parking was easy and right down the street from both Church Street marketplace and the lake. Everything was easy and quick to get to.
There were less than 10 unhoused people in tents across the street from the hotel but that is through no fault of the hotel; no one ever bothered us and we (2 females) never felt unsafe.
Not only would I recommend the hotel and area (this was our first time there), we’re planning to return in a few months.

The room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the lake. Bed was very comfortable. Had to adjust the TV to see it from the bed. Walk-in shower was nice and soaps were adequate. Restaurant on the first floor was amazing though very pricey. Wasn't expecting to see as many unhoused persons tents near the hotel. My car was broken into though only souvenirs were stolen. We parked in the garage under the hotel.

This property is right downtown, within walking distance to historic Church street area which has everything you need from shopping, dining even a laundromat. The property was clean , quiet and staff was professional. I would definitely stay here again.
