The room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was generous with good quality and variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were pleasantly surprised with the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor whirlpool and spa greeting. Sadly no time for treatments this visit. We will totally return.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! It is clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Because it is further from the old town of Dubrovnik, it is quiet and relaxed. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as an indoor jacuzzi. Our stay was absolutely lovely!

The hotel was nice, we excepted a bit more. Kind of basic.

You can easily get to the old town by bus. The staff were also very kind and polite. We stayed here on our honeymoon, and the young staff member at the counter was especially polite, and my wife and I felt comforted by him. Thank you very much.

The hotel is quite old and in need of a renovation. Water temperature for the shower is not consistent. It is convenient to get to old town using bus 4 which the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. It overlooks the sea and is only a short walk to many great restaurants and gift shops. The bus into old town is right out the front. The hotel itself is a little tired and dated but the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating and offered assistance when asked. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel for what it is needs some updates. Simple things to elevate the experience. Shower was leaking all over the place and room was outdated and stained carpet and yellow caulking around the bathroom. For a spa place it was clean but no robes and staff while friendly was not registered and or trained in massage therapy. Walked away more sore and stiff then relaxed. Disappointing as main reason of staying at this hotel was for the spa experience. Staff was great and beyond friendly. Location is perfect and close walk to the sea and bus is a short trip to old town.

The hotel was very nice with excellent views. The only negative thing was a group of UK people who totally ruined our pool experience with their excessive drinking, shouting and playing loud music.

Hotel is in a good location, close to local bars, restaurants, beach and supermarket. There is also a bus stop right outside for access to the old town, although we did not use this service. The swimming pool and spa facilities were very good. Breakfast was reasonable with a good selection although this seemed to be the same everyday. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was also a good size with comfortable bed, air conditioning and a good sized balcony. Bathroom quite dated but adequate. Overall would recommend.

Located outside the old town but very close and right next to the beach, north of the city. Modern hotel with a complete spa. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools (with a few drinks, conveniently brought to us by a very friendly staff). The buffet-style restaurant was good.

The view of the bay is beautiful, both day and night. Walking the promenades around the bay is an experience not to be missed.

The property was nice, the rooms were specious and comfortable, but the hotel needs an upgrade. I like the location near the beach. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the view of the bay was awesome.

A minor surprise was the temperature of the outside pool which was very cold. It was not heated and in it's position, the sun didn't get to it either so very cold. But the sea is very close and was very pleasant at around 22C, so I just swam in the sea!

We had a nice stay but the staff service let it down a little. The room was very spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! A lovely location and easily accessible routes into Dubrovnik Old Town. Our only complaint was that some staff members weren’t very welcoming and when we asked questions they seemed annoyed that we were asking and didn’t really want to help. Others were great!

Every staff member was super nice and helpful! This hotel is 3 minute walk down to the beach very convenient. The breakfast was amazing!

The hotel was in a nice location close to the beach and restaurants. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was decent. However this is not a 4 star hotel it is way too expensive for the condition the hotel is in. The room was so old fashioned, the bathroom was so clinical looking and the lights in the bedroom reminded me of a hospital I couldn’t relax in the room at all. Also I requested a high floored room weeks in advanced for the best view and was given one on the 2nd floor behind a tree so I paid a lot of extra money for a view of a tree and the roof of the breakfast area. I realise they can’t give everyone a high room but how far in advance would I have to request one. The pictures Online also make the balconies look like they are so open and full of sunlight. They are dark and never get the sun so I couldn’t even enjoy the balcony. Overall I was very dissapointed. We decided to treat ourselves staying in this hotel as the pictures looks amazing but we shouldn’t have bothered and went for a cheaper option because at least then you get what you pay for.

I was really happy with the Hotel Uvala. Check-in and check-out were swift, friendly and straightforward. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options, and the pool area was stunning with fantastic views. Being 100m from the beach was perfect, and the bus stop outside was so convenient. The only negative was that some of the towels in the room were dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom floor and bath could have been cleaner. That aside, everything else was brilliant. Thank you!
