It was terrible, every floor you go to there was 70's carpet. My room stuck. It stuck as if someone had finished smoking a cigar. So bad I could taste it. I did go to the front desk & asked if banother room was available. By surprise there were 2 other ladies from the 3rd floor with the same concerns

Great spot to stay in Highlands Ranch. Good selection of nearby restaurants and super easy freeway access. The hotel exceed my expectations in all ways. I would absolutely stay here again!

The front desk staff was some of the friendliest I've seen. Greeted us every time we cam and went. Our housekeeper didn't speak much English, but did her best to communicate with us and our limited Spanish - she did it with a smile. Overall a great experience.

Our stay was average. The room was neat and clean however the hotel is older and a little dated. the lobby area was inviting and comfortable.
We opted for breakfast the first day. Breakfast is not included. The cost is $14. or one can order a la carte. The potatoes were deep fat fried, the bacon was flavorless and tasted as though it also had been briefly thrown into the deep fat fryer. This breakfast was no better tasting than included breakfasts at other hotels and the cost was equal to or more than breakfast at local eateries.
No free water offered to Hilton Honors members.

We were given, what I believe was, a handicapped accessible room. The shower was huge, at least six feet long. This left only 30 inches for the vanity and there was no storage beneath the vanity. With the sink in the middle that left only six inches on each side of the basin for two people to store their toiletries. Not good.

Final days of selling my house, great to not sleep on an air mattress. Beds clean, comfortable. Wonderful staff, delicious food in dining area. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

For a Hilton, they fell short in a few areas. 1) There was a snow storm the day we arrived. By day 3 this hotel failed to plow their parking lot. We traveled all over Denver and our hotel was the only lot we had to trudge through a foot of wet snow to get to our cars. When i asked the front desk they said they weren’t planning to plow, even though customers had to step through 6 inches and my car got stuck. We had a wedding to go to and told them is was inconvenient to walk through 3-day old snow to get to our car wearing dress shoes and she wore a nice dress (they could care less). 2) we tried to walk the sidewalk around the snow and got poked in the eye by some untrimmed trees and bushes covering the sidewalk. 3) the website said there was a hot tub (which is why we selected that place) but the hot tub had been filled in months ago. You could see the janky square where it used to be. 4) the TV had cable but the televisions had no way to order movies or chromecast - just whatever was on. The tv also kept loosing connection and hard restarting. The only guide had a channel list but nothing about programming. 5) this hotel had a higher cost than other area hotels. We chose this location out of loyalty and since it had a hot tub. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons and this was by far the least awesome. Breakfast was good at $10 for the cold continental. Other area hotels included breakfast, so…

Oh, I was staying alone for a doctors recheck appointment. I was taking a shower and completely and clothes in my room when one of the staff members attempted to come in and said they needed to search the entire floor because they believed someone was smoking on that floor. I explained to them that I was uncomfortable letting them in while standing there dripping in a towel.
The employee (a woman) kept pounding on the door for at least 3 minutes, yelling and threatening that she would call the cops. I explained that was not dressed, was not comfortable letting another person in my room during that time and that I would let her search it later. She was not happy with us and attempted to charge my room for smoking fee charges although I stayed there for one night. I am now taking this app with my credit card company.
