I would not recommend this place one bit. It is overpriced and we had nothing but problems from the get-go. Our first room had no heat they wanted to put us in another room and upcharge us $60 every night I was very upset. The second room had a plumbing issue in the kitchen they came to fix it left the pipe off and did not tell us so we had a minor flood in the kitchen. We gave it another benefit of the doubt went for breakfast the next morning in an hour earlier they ran out of food they finally corrected it later. And the last adventure was we went to go swimming a heated pool while we walked in the air conditioner was on the room was about 40° and the pool was equal to the room temperature was not about to swim in that. It was way overpriced I would not recommend this place at all very sad made for a horrible experience especially being in the Princeton area I'm very disappointed and disgusted I didn't bother telling the manager yet but I will I should get compensated something back I would take them off of hotels.com if I were you have a lovely evening never had this experience before very sad

Good location for visiting Princeton. Restaurants also nearby along with shopping options.

Quiet place, friendly staff. Sound proof could be better improved. Shower place needs some serious renovation, the shower door looks a bit disgusting.

Had a reserved room. At check in they could not find a room for me. As I was in a hurry to keep a dinner appointment I was quite mad. When the clerk called what I believed to be a manager in to help, they communicated in a different language so I did not understand what was exactly going on. Manager left and the clerk kept repeating he was sorry and it wasn't my fault. I knew it wasn't my fault - I had the reservation in my hand! Ten minutes later he had to go back and find the manager and the two of them did the exact same thing! I said I wanted to cancel the room but lo and behold they found me a room. Internet did not work. Never again.

The bathroom toilet was dirty. The hotel is a bit dated. You get what you pay for

Honestly I do not like to rate places negatively, but I was so disappointed with my stay that I had to say something. Before booking this hotel, I called them directly and specifically asked about the indoor pool. I wanted to know if it was open and if the water was warm. They said yes. I only chose that hotel because of the warm Indoor Pool! And they affirmed that it was all good and heated. When we got there, not only the pool looked dirty, soapy, it was freezing cold! My 4 year old was so excited about going to the pool that he was disappointed and I felt horrible! Though one staff member was really nice and very apologetic, another one was not only rude but he disrespected my wife and I. I will not go into specifics as he apologized and seemed to really regret the way he addressed us, I’ll just leave it at that! Everything else was ok. The room was nice and the kitchen was good. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was good. I will no longer go that place ever again!

The staff was friendly, but the hotel is filthy. Do not stay here.

The apartment was huge, more than expected. The area around the hotel is boring. No restaurant. Bad public transportation. To go to Princeton, you must take a taxi or you must call Uber.
