The place was horrible

Family suite was perfect for us, our son and his family. the children had a wonderful time in the pool which was open early and did not close till 11Pm 3 hot tubs were wonderful. Hot breakfast was great with many options and opened at 5:30 weekdays. Staff were super and the attached restaurant was very good.

Great place to stay for families

Lots of pluses...Large room, bright bathroom, comfy beds. There was 3 hot tubs and a steam room hot breakfast items. On the downside the A/C stopped working in the night in our room

The hotel room itself was very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The pool is a salt water pool so my kids didn’t love it but it seemed overall in good repair and clean.

No cold tap water in the sink. The cold water that came from the bathtub was black and then yellow. The breakfast was very poor quality. The staff were very friendly

Our room was clean and very good size. Lots of space for 3 people. I would go back again.

The restaurant has amazing food and good prices. The staff at the hotel are always accommodating.

This hotel has nice facilities and was clean. The staff were not the best and were not helpful with the exception of the wonderful woman running the whole breakfast room all by herself. The halls were noisy and at night people were allowed to party outside the front door under the outdoor entryway, keeping the rest of us awake. The airconditioners were loud. The trains passing by through the night were also loud. Roomservice was unavailable due to understaffing. We asked for a room that was dog friendly but were told they were all taken. Our adult son ended up in a dog friendly room but he didn’t have a dog! How does that make any sense?

Good property

I always stay here on my road trips. Hotel has very friendly staff. Rooms are usually very tidy, but this last few stays, bed linens were barely on the mattress, yellow tone like sweat stain coloured pillow cases, hairs in bed. Makes me wonder if the second queen bed was even washed and remade in between guests if not used. Not as clean as usual.

I like the pond landscaped area in front of the carport entrance and the walk ability to the casino.

Property was okay - a bit noisy from the other rooms or overhead.

Price was very reasonable

I had a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was busy though, always kids in the pool. AC was amazing. However, I forgot something when I left and when I called back they didn't find it. I was disappointed in that. However, they did follow up with me, but it should have been right where I left it.

It was loud. Too many kids as the pool is the attraction. This is not a bad thing but I will book at comfort inns in the future for the serenity and breakfast is better.

Rooms were nice and cool but hallways felt like they had the heat turned on... in the middle of July

Good price ! Clean!

We checked into a family suite for 6 nights and found house keeping cleaning products in our bathroom along with a flickering bathroom light. We never received any house cleaning. Each day I had to go request fresh towels and garbage bags from the housekeeping cart. I even asked house keeping if they could please come clean my room and they agreed to do it the next day but still don’t show up. I approached and let them know we would be out of the room for 3 hours and asked if they could please clean it during that time. They were friendly and agreed to clean it and appologized for not doing it previously… once again they didn’t do it. Daily I changed our garbages, I changed out our own towels, and one day I asked house keeping to please vacuum in my room. They grabbed the vacuum and brought it to my room and told me to place the vacuum in the hall when I was done with it. There was also a discrepancy in the total cost from hotels.com, to the hotels price upon arrival. Unsure where the price discrepancy came from but the hotel said they will look into that to figure out why that happened.

No complaints with this hotel. Second visit in the past year and all experiences are positive. The included hot breakfast will make me book here again over other hotels in the area.
