Over all it’s good but the property needs to be renovated.

The massage that I had at the spa was exceptional. But the prices they had online and the prices at the spa were different. Also, they gave a different discount than the one they mentioned in the room. Also, their service while handling luggage was not up to the standard, they need to improve here.

Although my stay was very good, I was not charged what I booked - I was charged more and there seems to be no easy way to contact hotels.com or the hotel to resolve. The system was down when I checked out, so I don't even have a detailed receipt to book for reimbursement.

This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel has fantastic amenities, such as a lovely pool and sauna. The food is excellent, with a beautiful buffet breakfast with amazing poached eggs! The staff are brilliant, so very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel feels very secure, with a quick security check when entering the building. Very covid-safe, temperature stations and hand sanitizer everywhere.

I was in quarantine following my arrival in Bangladesh and therefore was not able to make use of the facilities for most of my stay. Room service was efficient. Location is good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The restaurant offer was excellent and varied. The rooms are very spacious - the only drawback is that it could be invested in new TV's.
They were perfectly cleaned daily and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Services were generally good - different bars, restaurant options, etc. Spa and pool were also fine. Its not exciting, but everything does work and the staff are friendly and try hard to help.

Everything was excellent. Right from the check in where I was greeted by Farzin. Her beautiful smile said all about the hospitality of Westin Dhaka and Bangladesh.I am so proud of her. God bless this little girl. I am pretty sure she will be an asset for Westin. I am a very frequent customer of Westin all over the world, but I love my stay in Westin, Dhaka.

I had a prepaid executive suite booked but at the check in time the front desk offered upgrade to the chairman suite with an additional charge however after the first night they suddenly got a request from another guest and took me out of the room against my will. It was very bad to take a guest out suddenly at midnight and I just hated it. I probably will never stay there.

Very nice staff, they go out of their way to help. Rooms are okay, the carpet in the room feels old. Housekeeping was excellent and provided ample bottled water every day. The breakfast buffet is fantastic: a large selection of fresh fruit, fresh juices, a huge Indian, Bangladeshi and Western buffet, nice breads, and the selection changes every day.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is good. The room was quite small and the AC situation was poor as it only cooled the room to about 24C and nothing I could do about it.

Dirty, bad area, food was not well prepared, noisy room, bad security with relax attitude and afraid to act, front desk with slow and poor service. There are many better hotels in Dhaka to stay at

First time in Dhaka so can’t really say much about the location (don’t know the city well). Hotel room was comfortable, nice and clean, not the new modern type but good for business travel with a work table, lounge chair, and room service food was good. Nice view from my room too.

the staffs are kindhearted. I got lots of greets wherever I go in the hotel but front desk staffs of fitness center need to be trained more to give consistent services to clients.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. The first place I check is the bathroom and this one was impeccable. It even had a view. The meals were good as well. The two restaurants offered good variety of meals, and the buffet had plentiful choices. I will return to the Westin Dhaka and recommend it to colleagues.
