Dog friendly so that was a plus. Staff was super friendly and so was everyone staying at the property.

Although this building is older and the hot water would run out with 4 people and beds weren’t super comfy, it was a great stay ! The staff were all super friendly and the room was clean. Short walk to the beach. Bethany boardwalk is 10 min drive and Ocean city was very close. I would stay here again!

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures and for the amount of money we paid for two nights we won’t be coming back here again.

Beach and dining options allowed creating the relaxed schedule desired. Great staff . We will plan another trip and stay at Seaside Inn.

It was ridiculously expensive- clean and serviceable but feel ripped off as I paid almost 600 dollars in advance for a two night stay and then went back on this website only to see it was being offered for 120 a night for the very next weekend. Not sure why I had to pay double the rate for my room this weekend when the motel was not full and am pretty annoyed and feeling taken advantage of.

Solid 2 star hotel. Very clean, A/C was cool, staff were polite. Only disappointment was the pool. It was in the middle of the hotel. No sub in the afternoon. Looked clean.

Nice place near to the beach

I read the reviews before reserving the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was clean and the employee at the front desk was very helpful. The coffee was great and we enjoyed our visit.

Stayed here for the Ocean's Calling festival. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and kind. The room was dated, but clean and had a true king size bed. Excellent pillows - firm yet soft. I would stay here again for the location and ease of getting to places along the beach.

Perfect for a family weekend getaway

Very nice management. Close to beach, great restaurants and shops.

I did like the closeness to the beach. The seaside Inn itself was clean, but old and outdated. The furniture in the room had seen better days. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The TV was older with a grainy picture. Bathroom was small. The staff was friendly. Not to sure if I would stay here again. But the location is good.

For me, this is the ideal location: Near the natural beauty of State Parks, safe, quiet, five minute walk to the beach with free beach access; free parking in lot. Pool if needed, 5 min walk to coffee/acai bowl shop. Our Harvest Restaurant was a delightful upscale surprise...easy walk over. Other restaurants nearby. Nightlife and boardwalks if you like, within a 20 minute drive at Ocean City, MD or Dewey/Rehoboth, DE. I like being away from traffic and congestion and partying crowds. We stayed W-F and could definitely see the increase in crowds and traffic as people came down Friday. We shared the beach with only like 15 people max on weekdays. Older-style motel, but clearly updated. Bright colors, fresh paint, lovely flowers. Very clean, smells nice -- not like the damp, musty budget motels with ancient a/c and gross carpet. Spacious room and balcony. Tile in room, comfy bed. Fridge and microwave is handy. Friendly staff, solid no-frills coffee in the lobby. Cons: no elevator, if that matters to you. Third floor was two flights of stairs, no big deal. Would have been a pain in the rain. Bathroom is smallish if you're a larger person. Sink on the outside is best, IMHO, as they have it set up. This is not a luxury experience, if you want Holiday Inn or better, don't stay in a motel. If you want a clean, safe spot for a quick beach-focused getaway, then this is an easy choice. Pro/Con: pets allowed on the bottom floor. Didn't seem to be in a issue.

I was most impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quietness of this property. Absolutely fantastic dining just across the highway. Very short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

This property hasn’t been renovated in many many years. The furniture was decrepit, the toilet flush handle was broken and has been broken for some time.
