What a pleasure it was to stay at the Cornell Inn! Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but one can definitely get a sense of how a property is even in a shorter timeframe.
Now, the real gem at this property is the staff! From our check-in experience with Lorie to our F&B server, Lindsey whi went waaaaay out of her way to help us with an issue we had, and to Paige, front desk assistant manager who tied everything together and made our experience even that much better. I wish I would have gotten our servers name too, she was absolutely delightful! The property is of course important, and very well maintained and made to feel like home. But as I said, all the staff we had the pleasure to interact with took it to the next level. They were all professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and I could keep going on but the idea is there, they make Cornell Inn what it is. Well done!
We will be back, and will recommend this to anyone who is visiting nearby!

We interacted with several employees and each and every one of them had a smile on their face and were willing to go above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Beautiful property, very clean, outstanding meals, and the hot cider with rum when we arrived was excellent! Great location less than half a mile from excellent restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks to the Cornell team!

We loved out two day stay!
The hotel was charming but with modern design elements. Too many inns feel drab and dusty, Cornell was bright, clean, well thought-out.
Everyone we met who worked there was so friendly and accommodating.
Just a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown Lenox, we were equally impressed with the outstanding quality of restaurants in the town.
We hope we can return one day.

From the minute you walk in you are welcome by a very enthusiastic host. In our case it was Sam. The morning breakfast sitting in the terrasse near the pound were sublime and service A1. Our room was nice and spacious. really enjoyed the brownies :) Will definitely go back when we go to the Berkshires again!

Such a cute Inn! The grounds are really lovely with outdoor seating, a big deck, and a charming waterfall. The suite itself was big, with a second-floor lofted bedroom and small first-floor kitchen with living room area. The service here was really the icing on the cake, with the front desk and the breakfast wait staff being very hospitable and friendly. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks in the evening and the bottle of wine in the room! We went to a Sunday afternoon tanglewood performance, so were able to wait on the lawn until the traffic died down, and it was only a 10 minute drive to The Cornell

Delightful stay. The hosts and staff were gracious and very accommodating. Although we stayed in one of the smallest rooms, it fulfilled all of our needs and we were very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and there were a number of options available.

The staff of this lovely inn was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were greeted with a refreshing white wine sangria and enjoyed two delicious and hearty breakfast. Lovely small garden with a lily pond where we ate breakfast. Very convenient to Tanglewood and restaurants of Lenox. We will be back!

Nicely decorated rooms, great breakfasts, all the coffee options, very friendly staff and firm mattress with soft pillows made for a great weekend. We would recommend this Inn for its proximity to: Lions Den pub and music at Red Lion Inn, Pleasant and Main for fantastic meals, affordable prices and vintage decor, the Maihwe Performing Arts Ctr, the Norman Rockwell Museum and Elise Abrams Antique glass. Management, registration, cleanliness, check out. everything was great.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the food was great. Would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone looking to enjoy some time away in a great part of the Berkshires.

We've been going to the Cornell for many years and have always enjoyed our time there. Our hosts Jean and Sue were just wonderful. Jean welcomed us with apple cider and pastries - yum! The rooms were beautifully decorated and updated. Breakfast was delicious - and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Overall an A for everyone :)

Picked this B&B because we were going to an event nearby that was canceled 2 weeks prior. They wouldn’t let us cancel or change dates.
We decided to go anyway. The place was cute, the breakfast yummy and the staff amazing.
There were definitely to many throw pillows on the bed with no place to put them at night besides the floor. In my opinion that was not very sanitary.
All in all I’d probably stay here again for the staff and breakfast.

Second time coming for our anniversary weekend. We love the space. I would recommend the carriage house over the K house, and I wish there was a way to specify when booking a third party. Otherwise, the food was amazing, the service was great, and the town was cute.

The Cornell Inn was amazing. We booked two superior queen rooms. Each room was uniquely decorated in vibrant colors, stylist furniture and original wallparer. The breakfast was scrumptious; the staff cordial and accommodating; the common areas with their gas fireplaces and modern chairs were inviting and comfortable. We had a restful two night getaway at the Inn. We anticipate returning during another season.
