It was frustrating to reserve a “standard triple” and end up with 2 twins and a chair that converted to a smaller bed. Not what was referenced in the reservation or seen in photos of the room type.

Great place to visit with a car. You are right on the edge of the old tow and get to enjoy it without having to deal with the downsides of staying in the old town. Great city to visit!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Perfect location and everything was great. We will definitely be staying there again.

Budget hotel but nothing skimped pn design. Good breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location. Rooms small, but comfortable. Lovely Shower room.

Basic hotel room , rather sterile. I was disappointed by 2 things. The servers at breakfast seemed to be trying to outdo each other in making the most noise as they cleared dirty dishes. Very loud and made it hard to enjoy our meal. It was raining most of the time we were there and the hotel doesn't provide umbrellas. They only had them for sale for 9 Euros.

Clean hotel. Good sustainability ethos. No bar or food however, not even a drink apart from a vending machine. Atmosphere rather lacking

Great location, 5 min away from the old city.

This is a very good hotel in a nice quiet area of Ljubljana. About a 10 minute walk from the bus and train. Slovenia has a focus on sustainability, so airconditioning in hotels is only ‘allowed’ during summer months as advised by reception. However when I provided feedback via hotels.com that the hotel’s advertising did not stipulate this, they provided me with access. The rooms are a good size. Beds are comfortable. There is a fridge and safe in the room. Breakfast was good. My only concerns were the rather threadbare towels provided and the very loud exhaust fan in the bathroom which is hardwired to the light, so every time you go to the bathroom it comes on! And the reason this hotel lost a star from me was because of the very poor internet. Was extremely slow or dropped out. Not acceptable in 2024!

I stayed for 3 nights. I was not satisfied with the room service since I requested extra hangers on the first day, but I can only receive it on the third day. The toilet floor was not cleaned and mopped. The good one was breakfast included. The choice of foods was enough and the taste was ok.

Very friendly staff and central hotel. Room was very clean as was the common spaces. It was very warm out and the air con was not working due to a sustainability system they had. The breakfast was ok but not amazing.

The hotel itself was clean and service was friendly, with an average breakfast. There was no parking available so if you're bringing a car, this is not a convenient place for you. I had to go through a restricted lot (get out of the car to press a buzzer that would alert them of a car and lower some blockades that allow access) just to unload and then had to park on the street. I asked the reception whether it was ok to park there and they assured me it was safe and it was free. Imagine my surprise when I returned two days later only to see two tickets on my car's dashboard after I had parked overnight. For travelers who don't know the rules of street parking (some are free while others are not), I had asked about street cleaning and whether I needed to move my car on certain days and he assured me it wasn't an issue. Moreover, the tickets weren't even easy to pay off. They had to be paid through an online banking system and if you don't have a bank account in Europe, you're kind of screwed. We couldn't even pay it through a machine so it was a huge hassle and annoyance that could have been avoided had we gotten sound advice from the hotel staff. I know we are responsible to read all the parking signage but I assure you there weren't signs in the vicinity of the space. Besides this pretty major oversight, the location was convenient, walking distance to Open Kitchen and city center. Breakfast could be a lot better. Juice was not freshly squeezed, eggs were unremarkable.

The staff here is very helpful and polite especially Arman! They let me checkout an hour later as my flight is later in the afternoon! I cannot find anything to complain about the place! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 The room is a good size, bright, clean bathroom (the rain shower is amazing)! There is a mini fridge for drinks. The hotel is surrounded by residential buildings with lots of families around. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the bus station that go to the airport, Lake Bled and Postojna Cave. The town square is about 5 minute walk- honestly with what you see around you wouldn’t mind the walk. Quiet, Great value

A climate friendly hotel with great beds, ok breakfast but thin walls so earplugs recommended.

Located just outside city center you can walk to most areas. The hotel will provide you with a parking permit for €10 a day. That is actually a really good deal. Our room was clean. It was nice. Sometimes it was a little noisy and the noise was coming from the outside not within the hotel. I would stay there again they were very nice and accommodating to me.

It's close to center

Same breakfast every day, gets pretty boring. And it was very loud, bad sound isolation. I won’t be going here again, even though I’m in Ljubljana a few times a year, this won’t be my choice.

A really nice hotel perfectly placed with good restaurants around. Short walk from the railway station. Large room with a big firm bed. Especially enjoyed that it was so quiet. Ok breakfast
