The information about the dinning was all confusing! Even the receptionist didn't know the correct times! Also I book half board but I was surprised that drinks weren't including in the dinner not even water!!!

My luggage is delay by airline , however they help to receive my luggage which the guest has already leave the property and told them not to receive any luggage after check out. They received luggage and didn’t notice the guest.
I need to take 4hrs bus back and take the luggage myself, they are so bad

We were allocated a street view room as requested when we made the booking. Check in was straight forward and the staff at reception were friendly. our room had been refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The restaurant has been modernised and breakfast service is now less stressful than in previous years.
The pool area is looking a little bit tired and would benefit from an update. Also it would be nice if there was a policy to not allow saving sunbeds by putting a towel on them at 10.00 and not actually using them until lunchtime.
We would be more than happy to return at a future date as a stay here is excellent value.

Exceptional stay at this hotel. Food was fabulous and staff great. Our housekeeper was brilliant on floor 7.

We got to the Hotel around 11.45pm as it was a evening flight but when we got there we were greeted and made felt very welcome. The location of the hotel was fantastic and the morning breakfast was great as it had a very wide choice to eat. Definitely recommend and will hope to return back soon.

Accomodation was in one of the many squares beside many restaurants, bars and shops.
The accomodation was huge like being in a house. The kitchen was ultra modern. Only 3 bedrooms being used. Felt I had the house to myself

We've been to this hotel several times before but this is the first time since the refurbishment of half of the bedrooms and the dining area. We liked the updated bedrooms but the reduced buffet stations caused everyone to be constantly crossing paths, which we felt was dangerous at times, with everyone carrying plates and cups. Staff courteous and helpful as usual. We'll probably be back again.

This place was gross and loud. 4 twin beds squeezed into the tiniest room ever that smelled like cigarette smoke. Unfortunately there were no other hotels available when our plans changed last minute. But for the rate…. Really not good. Looked like a hostel. I would literally stay anywhere else.

Pros: the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the price was very good for 3 adults, the location is great just minutes from the beach.
Cons: the hotel is very outdated and needs a major renovation. The buffet in COVID times did not feel very safe. Too many people, no control from staff over the buffet, everyone serving themselves everything and touching everything. Some areas of the hotel look very run down and in need of a lift-up (pool area for example).

Hotel was in very accessible location. Its only 2 min walk to beach. Breakfast had a huge selection. Condition of room however was very disappointing. Door knob almost fell out and quilt was very dirty.

Very friendly staff and food was great. The hotel is tiered thought and I do think 4 star is pushing it the rooms were 2 star at best but clean and basic. Fine price I stayed it was acceptable.

Helpful and friendly staff, hotel and room very clean, food good but not a lot of choice or variation. Hotel in great quiet position, but only two mins to beach and town. Unfortunately, pool area closed for maintenance till 1st July ~ wasn't aware of that till I arrived!

Tennis court, infant area and table tennis at top neat swimming pool. Half board was ok. Breakfast very good, however not much choice for vegetarians in dinner meals. Even salads and rice dishes had meat in so not much variety. Still food was very nice for what we could have. A lot of choice for meat eaters including a show cooking area. The beds are terrible, old hotel but in a Nice area With short way to Beach , shopping and dining.

Nice hotel, easy walk to beach. Only complaint is the beds could use an upgrade. Old spring mattresses creaked a lot, had to be careful not to wake my baby whenever I switched sides I was sleeping on. Other than that place was great.

Overall our stay was nice. Front desk are a little slow on service and communication was a little difficult at times. Everyone was very friendly. Our rate included dinner and breakfast and I was very impressed with the dining room options as well as quality of the food. There was also a flamenco show free for guests the night of our stay. The room could use a bit of updating Didn’t need feel like a 4 star hotel. It was clean. Very close to the beach and the little old town area. For the price this place was nice.

Lot of noise not isolation phonique . You can ear averything in all the rooms in the hotel and everywhere in your dirty room .
