Beautiful property. Very clean and quiet. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable. Definitely would stay at this property again!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a mountain view and during the middle of the night (between 3-4:30am) there was a lot of noise outside my room? Doors opening and closing. It was a little bit disruptive of my sleep. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

We stayed in a suite with a king bed and pullout couch. The king bed was very comfortable. The pullout was horrendous. It sunk in the center and we did not sleep well on it which negatively impacted our trip.
We spent the first night in a room where the heat did not work and it was cold. They moved us the next day to a new room. That was warm but the pullout was still just as uncomfortable. The staff was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good.

We had to cancel our stay because all of the amenities we wanted were not working. The room wasn’t available until 2 hours after check in.

The beds were to small for two adults to sleep comfortably.
The pullout was two small for two people. We could not connect to wifi. We had to adjust the toilet, because the float was stuck.

Staff, location, lobby, room size all good. The hotel is under construction so the pool and hot tub not working. The second elevator was also broken so I was given a room on the second floor with a view of the roof. They were not forthcoming about any of this. Trip was still great.

I stayed here in 2017 and it was absolutely wonderful. I came back because of my stay in 2017. But in 2023 I found the facility to have declined. The fixtures are worn. Cleaning the room every other day is ridiculous at the price we paid to stay here. Low flow shower heads are insane-- Montana is NOT running out of water. And to top it all off, the issues with the outside door locks is an absolute NIGHTMARE. They would NOT open no matter what I did to try and get in. Putting up a sign that says there's nothing wrong with the door locks is INSULTING. I won't be back, which is so sad. I had such a great visit in 2017.

There was a $75 pet fee added on to the cost of the room. For one night, that seems excessive, especially since our room was still being worked on for the remodel the hotel is going through. Our ceiling fan was wide open, no closet bar was installed in the closet, there was a hole random hole in the bathroom. The whole experience of staying there soured me for that Residence Inn by Marriott. I will be looking for better hotels around the area. For $400 a night, plus the added $75 per fee, I would highly suggest finding another place to stay.

Awesome location near the airport with plenty of parking and great facilities aka it sounds weird but a laundary is worth $1 Million when you’re travelling for extended periods

Excellent. When I arrived the desk attendant read off my reservation comments or requests. Said she had one available room on 3rd floor or I could wait for fourth floor.

It was very disappointing to walk into the room and see a large stain on the couch. It seemed like the front desk needed another employee as the person was answering multiple phone calls, checking guests in, and explaining the amenities. The workout facility had no cleaner or towels. Bed was comfy.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the breakfast situation was too slow for people with flights to catch. It is understandable that the breakfast procedures are adjusted for COVID, but there should have been more than one person staffing the breakfast station. Overall though, a nice place to stay.
