So comfortable. Rooms were great. Customer service was awesome. Got a late checkout for free and was able to add a couple more hours for a fee. Super easy! Went to a Zach Bryan concert at desert diamond arena and was able to walk door to door in less than 5 minutes. So convenient!

Stay was perfect, very clean rooms and lobbies. Wish their restaurant and bar was open a bit later but overall it was good. I enjoyed the fact the desert diamond arena was near by.

The Renaissance Phoenix Glendale appears to be incapable of handling event crowds. When we arrived the reservation was screwed up and the check-in clerk was unable to enter both rooms properly. This resulted in the failure to clean one of the rooms staying a 2nd night. I went to the desk and was promised the room would be cleaned immediately. When we returned from dinner it was still not cleaned and we wound up waiting in the hotel lounge until it was cleaned.
The first night we arrived, the lounge/bar staff were swamped with the cby patrons booked for the next day football game. Service was overwhelming short staffed. This was true the next night for the Marine Reserve Unit ball. Am I being sensitive, NO, I have never paid so much for a hotel room (peak Bear's game rates) and I am a world traveler. With these rated, sub par service is unacceptable.

Check-in was too late. Room not ready. Never was told I could not use the $25 food credit on morning of checkout. Because of that, we would not dine at your hotel. Attempted to dine night before in empty restaurant and was told it would be a 45 minute wait for food.

Esperanza was asked to clean our room and she did not hesitate. When we got back to our room it was very clean. She gave us clean towels and sheets for the bed. Very convenient to nearby restaurants. Felt safe with security in the hotel.

Very nice hotel with a lot of restaurants and things to do for the whole family within walking distance. The Entertainment District is a little sketchy on Friday and Saturday night. Lots of police presence.

Everything was great until 0430 Sunday morning when a faulty fire alarm went off. We evacuated from mid sleep to the front of the building to find out someone pulled the fire alarm then to later find out it was a faulty fire alarm. We then went back to our room and the alarm stopped. 5 minutes later it went off again and we evacuated a second time to see what was going on and were told by other guests to go back to our room, same faulty fire alarm. We were never told by staff or did they ever make an announcement that there really wasn’t a fire, we found out from other guests. I think the hotel failed at letting guests know what was going on and seemed like they didn’t even care that families, women and children were all outside waiting for direction and never got it. Very disapponted……

We had a great time. Super clean and nice staff. Our room 705 the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Other than that it was great. Forgot to mention it to staff at checkout. Sorry. Would definitely stay at your property again.

The property itself was great. Staff was great really enjoyed my night there. My only critique would be the add-on charges. I got a great great Expedia that included a resort fee, but there was some sort of destination fee plus parking and stuff that I kind of felt was a little unnecessary.

I stay here 4 times or more a year and this time was just trash..I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other aswell has a hip injury. Back in may i requested a room that is for the hard of hearin with at lest a hand hold or a rail. I stayed over the 4th of july got a wonderful room. This stay july 28 they said they didnt have a ada room and it would be $30 to upgrade to a suit room just to have hand rails would have been more but i have a disability. Even when we arived i got questioned if i truly needed a ada room. I said yes they said it was going to be 2 hours plus before we could "try" to get one. They ened up puting us a non ada room with a low entry shower but still a lip in the shower.
