Wonderful and so relaxing!! Really good breakfast to start the day. Staff was efficient, very friendly, and attentive. Wife says perhaps info on local eating possibilities would be helpful.

Lovely B&B. Located in a beautiful part of Vermont, definitely a bucket list place to visit! Ashley was wonderful and prepared delicious breakfast for us each day. Highly recommend!

Round barn farm is truly a gem. Beautifully maintained property. The rooms are beautifully hand crafted. The staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast served every day was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Book it, you will thank me later.

Stayed at the Inn while skiing in nearby Sugarbush. We found the location very convenient, being about a 10-15 min drive from leaving the driveway to being at the resort. In addition, their breakfast service is outstanding, with an always-changing menu of freshly prepared meals. Nothing better to prepare you for a hard day on the slopes like steak and eggs!

If that wasn’t enough, there was a bottle of some great local cider waiting for us in the room along with two glasses. We had a nice cozy room and a nice gas fireplace to come back to after our days of hard skiing. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the region!

The breakfast was terrific. Our room was on the 2nd floor and for 2 76 yr old people it was was very difficult getting up and down the very steep steps. Some notice I think should have been made known about this or at least an inquiry on their part as to physical limitations.

Breakfast and chef were awesome. Clean, friendly and professional staff. Guest wi-fi was weak and not working in the game room. Don't book the Barnard room, it faces the road and has a very squeeky bed that makes sleeping difficult.

I never take the time to leave a review, but had such an amazing experience from my stay at the Inn. The staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating; the breakfast was delicious; the rooms were quaint, clean, and comfortable. This inn is a true gem, and I cannot wait to go back!

Reserved a room in this as it was on our way. Little did we expect what we saw. We checked in around 7:00 PM and was welcomed warmly by Andy and gave us a tour of the property. He helped us find a good restaurant for dinner. The property has a nice natural charm with a beautiful library, game room and a TV room. The view from our room was mind blowing. We woke up to a huge farm facing a lake and an apple tree. Andy took our meal preferences for our breakfast. Next morning, Judy helped us with breakfast. Being vegetarians, it was one of the best breakfasts weve had. It was served in a beautiful location with nice views. Unlike regular Inns, we were served very well in warm cups, real plates and silverware. Judy helped us with our routes and helped us side see some beautiful locations around. The fall colors were gorgeous. The staff in the farm/inn were very kind, accommodative and friendly. Would definitely go back to stay here and will make sure to stay longer.

The property was lovely. Unfortunately we had to leave unexpectedly early in the morning, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast. The breakfast room and home cooked menu looked great. Next time we hope to have more time to truly enjoy the Inn and all it has to offer.

We had an amazing time at this property. All the inn keepers and staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The property grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed walking around in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was phenomenal with two courses and everything made fresh. We had a wonderful time.

The breakfasts were 5 star as well as the late afternoon homemade cookies and scrumptious snacks. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend the Inn highly and will go back again!!!

We had an exceptional stay at The Inn at the Round Barn Farm. We found the Jones Room charming; it fit our needs very well and had a “treehouse” rustic feel that added to the fun. The Inn is within reach of several of our favorite Vermont experiences, including Warren Falls, Vermont Icelandic Horse Farm, and American Flatbread.
Walking the grounds of The Round Barn each morning was a little slice of Vermont heaven, from picking ripe apples straight from the gnarly branch, to greeting heifers just over the fence line.
But we were most impressed by the delectable breakfast served hot each morning. Apple pancakes, farm fresh omelettes, pumpkin bread pudding, Southern “Buddha Bowl”...each dish was better than the last. We would go so far as to say this was the best we have ever eaten at a bed and breakfast, and made even more special enjoyed on a sunny September morning on the patio, watching the cows mosey across the dewy pasture.
We visit Vermont every year, and this was one of our most memorable accommodations. We will certainly be back. 10/10 would recommend.

The countryside setting is beautiful. Staff are friendly, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast entrees are fabulous. Our family members inhaled the delicious fritata. The amenities are numerous. My son loved the game room.

when staying at a hotel you are paying for a good night sleep and a good shower. neither: the bed had a large dip in the middle and the noise from people walking above and the light that kept going on and off over our bed through a window. Not great. Tiny bathroom.

Every little detail is extremely well thought out here, and the staff are amazing! The breakfast is very very tasty! I highly recommend this place :)
