Beds comfortable, room temperature comfortable, good shower, convenient location, easy check-in, got extra towels when needed, has everything you need to cook there

Easy access to room from parking lot. Easy self check in. right at foot of Sugarbush access road.
Walls and adjoining doors kind of paper thin with noisy neighbors. Could use a microwave to go along with little fridge. Could use a large fridge/freezer than just the little cube.

It is the 2nd trip at the place and this hotel needs renovation. Paint job and bathroom renovation.

Everything!! From the owner Dana to the outdoor fire pits, this place was a gem. While it is one route 100, my girlfriend and I had a quiet stay. Room and bed were super cozy and only 10 minutes from both Sugarbush and downtown Warren and Waitsfield, couldn't have picked a better spot.
Not a bad thing to say about this place.

We were only there one night but the running brook and bridge area behind the lodge was very pretty and relaxing.

The room was comfortable and quiet, parking convenient and staff welcoming. We also appreciated the option to make an evening tea in the lobby - not just coffee - and the very reasonably priced DIY laundry facility (very useful while being on roadtrip). A good place to stay when touring Vermont and needing a stop on the route 100.

The room was nicely decorated and lit and had good bedding. Check in and out was seamless, and communication was clear. The back property was absolutely gorgeous!
The noise from the highway was really loud starting about 6am. (If only the rooms faced the river!) There was a smell of mildew/mold in the back of the room.

The hallway down to the unit was really stinky. The unit itself was stuffy and hadn’t been cleaned. There was a garment in the bathroom. The place was just gross.
