Service was good, room was a good size, beds were super hard, mold and peeling wallpaper in bathroom, carpets really dirty. Good for a last minute stay not good for long term.

Website lies and says the front desk is 24 hour. It is not. I arrived at 1am and the front desk was dark and locked. I knocked and rang the bell and someone came. They were rude and tried to get me to go away but I insisted, as I had a reservation I had already paid for. Then they tried to charge me again until I showed my credit card receipt.
Dingy, old room. But really it's the terrible service and outright lie about 24 hour front desk that got me.

When you book a kitchen unit one expects to be able to use it, but there was not so much as a plastic fork in the "kitchen." The man at the front desk said "we don't provide that," gesturing with a dismissive wave. The next morning the coffee machine in the "complimentary breakfast room" had a sign that said "out of order."

I wasn’t able to stay at the property they cancelled my reservation without any heads up because i arrived 5 minutes after 12 am. Didn’t know they close at 12 am My flight was delayed and all he said ( that’s not my concern. ) they didn’t even process a refund. I had to contact expedia in order to get my money back. I Won’t ever reserve there again.

The room we were in was in pretty rough shape. Floor panels need to be replaced as they’re lifting up and causing a tripping hazard. The walls were pretty dirty and scuffed up. The bathroom wall next to the shower is deteriorating. The floors were filthy. The only pro about the room was the water pressure.

Breakfast was OK, great coffee but several items had run out (bagels, ...) when we got there at 8AM. Also there was an unexpected 5$ booking fee when I checked in.

For an inn that is a rated as a Google 2-star level, it was exactly as I expected. This is a pitstop for the weary traveler. It is close to the 101 freeway exit but secluded enough that it is not noisy. The room I had was a one-bed room. There is not too many amenities and hence the lower price compared to other nearby lodgings, but it has all the essentials I needed except a safe, which was not a big deal for me. The sink was a slightly more modern bowl sink. The water is hot when you turned it on. So if you wanted a multi day family vacation with a pool and gym, this is not for you. If you needed a quick pitstop for a day or two or just needed a place to rest while out in town all day, then this might just fit the bill.

The guy at front desk was impatient and rude, to me and my wife. Very unprofessional!
Overall the place was quiet and clean except for a few things inside. The bathroom was rotted and needs serious work.

The room we stayed in was poorly maintained. Material peeling of the chairs, chipped paint throughout, a shelf looked like it was from the dump. It was not comfortable to sleep because it just felt like you would see a bug any minute.
We were only there overnight but I’ll never stay there again. If you just need a place to sleep overnight, it may work but other than that, I do not recommend this hotel.

I had paid for a reservation at this property. The site manager did not let me check in despite showing him the receipt. He sent me away, a woman traveling alone arriving after midnight after 30 hours of travel from Europe and a delayed flight. I incurred an additional $230 in expenses between a car ride to another hotel and booking another night at the front desk of that hotel. The manager said that all bookings that Were paid, but could not be fulfilled like mine would be credited back, but no money came back. I have asked for help from Expedia

There is no pool. I picked this hotel so my kids could play in a pool. The floor in the room is torn and uneven. The paint is cracked. The beds seem clean but the bathroom for was dirty.

Basic, but did the job. If you’re looking for a bargain, this could be it. If you want something more refined, look elsewhere. The free breakfast is cereal, toast, or muffins in a tiny room and mostly depleted. And while some rooms have nice courtyard views, I wasn’t offered one. Carpet in room was filthy, but otherwise all was very clean. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here.

Clean, no frills, comfy bed, easy check in, out. Couldn't park close to room was a slight drawback, continental breakfast was super simple, coffee was good, pillows lumpy but I brought my own. Desk was friendly, will stay here again.
