Good stay. Calm access to pool and free coffee and tea in the morning!

The rooms were fine, but there was no coffee maker. The power went out around 11pm-3am so we didn’t have any AC and there is only sliding glass doors, no windows, so we couldn’t open up. Mainly because of safety concerns. There were constantly sketchy men riding bikes or walking all around the property all night and morning. We did not feel safe.

This is the second time I've stayed at the property. This time was okay, but there were some rather shady looking characters who kept wandering past my room on the balcony. The balcony can't be seen from the front of the building. There were bicycles parked down on the first floor - also in back - and people who looked to be homeless sitting by the bicycles. The homeless, combined with the folks on the balcony made me wonder if some shady dealings were going on.

Floors were dirty and I had to wear slippers or my feet would turn black. This hotel hosts a church that meets and holds events making the parking difficult around 5pm. They’ve made some upgrades with some furniture, and not all rooms have a fridge and microwave. It’s a crapshoot if you get them. Bed was mostly comfortable. The hotel is just a pig with some lipstick on it.

It was fine. The front desk guy upon arrival looked like he was sleeping but was on his phone. Service was fine. The king bed was so uncomfortable. It was lopsided and hard. Other than that, it was a cute room, with a garden view. I’d stay again if I could get a better bed.

Didnt realise no microwave or refrigerator or coffee pot. No restuarant, and complementary breakfast scant.

Terrible management. Communication mishandled about a simple request, which they oddly could not get right (despite a very clear request) and cost me plenty.

Clean staff friendly the night gentleman was absolutely fantastic

IT was fine for what I needed, which was an overnight stay and out early the next morning. The location was more remote than I anticipated, so I had to drive back into Novato for dinner and breakfast. The room A/C was amazingly loud.

I have stayed at this place multiple times in the past. There is usually a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Not this time. Breakfast is an after thought and the parking lot is dirty. Room was otherwise OK, AC worked as did the TV

Repeat stay for work purposes. Comfortable and I felt safe. Staff at front desk is very nice.

Beds are small, and shampoo and body wash were empty. We asked for a refill and they said they were out. I asked housekeeping about it the next day, but management had not refilled for a few days. Other than that, it was fine.

No soap in the shower, drain not working and the shower handle came off in my hand. The tv had a huge advertisement (roku) covering part of the screen every two minutes and even the sockets wouldn’t hold a plug, had to prop furniture against it so it would stay in. And the breakfast was a joke, hads down the worst I’ve seen in years.

Hotels.com marketed and advertised this place as a hotel. It is, in fact, a motel. I also bought a deluxe room that included in the description that the room would have a jetted tub, and it did not. The toilet also had old pee stains on it that did not get cleaned from the previous person. Overall, it was a spacious and average room. The bed was very comfortable, and me and my husband got a good nights’ rest in.

No towels. No bed wash not done. No services. Toilet not working. Water everywhere in the water. Toilet appears to show water coming floor. People walking next to your door. The breakfast was so bad, stuff appeared to be touched. No towel services, staff not at work till 7-8 AM.

The room and staff were excellent! The breakfast was not. I really expected there to be more than just toast and coffee, but was disappointed. On one of the days, there were some cuties and boiled eggs, and I also saw two cold cereal options but overall, pretty poor. The property is right off the highway and about 30 minutes from San Francisco so I would highly recommend this place if you need a cheaper alternative to the very high priced hotels in SF and have a car.

Excellent service. Very chill

We found bugs on towels, it wasn’t easy to get replacements we had to walk to the office for them. It was freshly painted that was a plus but it smelled like smoke in the bathroom. The room had a sliding door that made it easy to get to the pool. The microwave was not connected and not near a plug for us to connect. The staff wad friendly.

Nice staff. Location was convenient for me to get to work as I was traveling for work. My stay was comfortable. I'd book again and most likely will stay soon for work purposes. Travel wise it isn't far from the freeway or restaurants at all.

As a GM of a hotel myself, I should have paid more attention to the reviews, but I know how petty people can be so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Flight was delayed so we showed up late to the hotel a little after 11pm. We called to say we would be late and the phone was just answered hello, not Days Inn or anything, sign number one I suppose. Checked in with a disinterested young lady who barely pointed in the direction of our room. Opened the door to discover it was never cleaned from the last guest. Trash cans full, bed covers trashed, all towels used on the floor, and money for the maid on the table. Went back to the front and a new gentleman named Nick was at the desk. Told him I don't need much but the room has to at least be clean. Nick said they were sold out and there was nowhere he could put us since it was Nascar weekend (the reason we were there as well) Asked him for new sheets so I could at least make the bed fresh to sleep in for the night since it was almost midnight, Nick said he had NO access to the maids room and linens. At this point he was sweating profusely and cursing the job and other incompetent employees saying this isn't the first time it's happened. Asked if he had anything out of order on maintenence that I could steal sheets from and he said let me see and headed out of the door while we waited on the couch. After 15 min he came back and said he had an out of order room where someone had used the bathroom, tv didn't work, fridge sounded li

Our check in was at 3:00pm. We were told by the front desk that our room wasn't ready so we left for a bit and came back, it still wasn't ready. This was over 2 hours before we could get into our room and of course still needed to pay full price.

I’m appalled by the horrible check in service. 3 people behind the counter ignored me for 10 minutes while one did paperwork and 2 stared at me. No one else in the lobby. Then they check me into a room that hadn’t been cleaned leaving me standing outside waiting for it to be cleaned. I got there at 5:30 so there’s no excuse to not have the room clean by then when check in is at 3pm. Photos of my room when I walked in only to learn it hadn’t been cleaned.

We had a late arrival and the staff was very helpful.

Front staff was new so he was inexperienced and flustered, but nice enough. Room was nicely redone but saw some pieces of glass on the ground in the bathroom which could have injured my kids. Lots of noise can be heard between the paper thin walls. Neighbors loud and belligerent until 2am when I finally called the front to shut it down. Loved and enjoyed the beautiful scenery/setting of the property. Overall , can’t complain due to reasonable pricing. Breakfast wasn’t so bad. Jacuzzi was nice and hot.

The shower in the hotel room did not work and the control dial came off in my hand.

Convenient location. Decent room and fair price for Marin Breakfast is an after thought, a few pieces of fruit and some rools/ muffins. No Decaf coffee.....!!
