We arrived late, around 1030 pm planning to leave by 5am. Lobby and entire downstairs reeked of Indian food. It was disgusting, horrid, and unpleasant. The attendant took his sweet ass time checking us in only to charge an extra $20 because we had to children with us, even though I had already booked the DOUBLE BED ROOM!! Why am I being charged extra?!? The entire hotel was gross and filthy and we would have left if we had another option at that time of day. Our room was around 80 degrees + when entered. AC was OFF!! The AC had a roach crawling across it when I reached to turn on. Sheets were filthy as if not cleaned well. And bathroom had flying, YES FLYING bugs all around. The entire place needs to be exterminated or burnt to the ground. Needless to say, we won't be back nor another Days Inn, EVER!! WYNDHAM you need to do better and get this hotel manager out of your franchise. No I don't have photos as it was late and needed sleep. Feel free to visit this location and you will see it's all true. I would like a refund for part of my $$ spent. Crazy that in 2024 we have to deal with this. Cliff

Our stay was ok here, the way it was advertised saying most of the rooms were smoke free....well ours smelled like it was smoked in?? Luckly we brought some air freshners to make the smell go away....the post also said that a hair dryer would have been available as well as an Iron??? We had to go down to front desk and ask for the hair dyer and recieved one....still it took use a trip back down to get it. Other than that its a good place to stop and rest...stores were close by as well as restaurants.

The gal at the front desk was most helpful in getting the guide on our TV to work correctly. The bed was a bit too soft, and the pillows were much too fat; but the bed linens and the towels were nice. Room had a kitchenette but was not stocked with any kitchenware at all, i.e. plates, silverware, sauce pan,etc. Breakfast was rather dismal with unflavorful eggs and a waffle iron that didn't work right.

Not very clean, every bit of the carpet was stained, shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. floorboard by shower was taking apart. the bed sheets were clean for most part but seen some marker & some other marks on blanket. Also seen 2 baby roaches in our room and that definitely made us give not so good reviews.

This property was disgusting and had mold in the A/C vent and in the bathroom ceilings. The shower was dirty and the room smelled weird.

Great stay. Room temp was awesome.

When I went to check in several men were hanging outside drinking. Checked in and unloaded. Left and had dinner and went to a few stores. When we showed back up for the night these men were still hanging out in front drinking. Wouldn’t recommend for a family or if you are traveling alone. Front desk was right there close enough for them to know they were there so obviously they were ok with it. Beds were comfortable but the room smelled musky and the bathroom had bubbled paint and mold.

I didn't like that after I reserved the room and get there and they run my card for payment and it goes thru then after all the singing they still didn't tell me about no deposit so they run it again and there wasn't enough for deposit they said they had to cancel my reservation. And they would not give me my money back cause they said it was not refundable. So they said I either pay 50 dollars for deposit or I lose the room. I had a lot of trouble trying to borrow 50 dollars. Then I get my daughter to send me the money on a different card and they again told me that I could not pay with that card cause I had paid with my other card and then I had to go all the way across town to go see if I could get the money out of my other card and I had a terrible experience on that stay that day 8_8-24. And I don't plan on going back there.

The check in process was so nice. We were moved to the ground floor so we could easily walk our little dog. There was a grassy area in the back for her. Great customer service!

The side entry door did not work well with the card keys. The room we were assigned had issues with opening after using key card. The room door had issues to close properly and lock. The bathroom fan did not work at all. Bed was comfortable.

We booked thru Expedia and booked the kitchenette room, but were told we didn't when we arrived. After showing that we DID , was it honored, at the same fee as one without. We had lightbulbs that didn't work, water pressure is poor and there is a leak in the floors that came up from the flooring. Stained carpets and dirty hallways to rooms.

The staff were very nice and courteous. The room was very nice and the air conditioner was on when I got there because it was very hot. It was perfect for what I needed.

The front desk was very unusual. Seemed very unorganized and breakfast was not good at all. We had to tell the front desk about no soap in the bathrooms (came to fix, never fixed pump). Towels were stained and had to request more.

Very dirty rooms and not a properly working air conditioner. Made it through 1 night and will never stay again

Room floor was dirty when I checked into room. ask if it could be vacuumed and was done..Maybe breakfast could be updated like the days inn in Oklahoma biscuits,scrambled eggs and country gravy…hotel needs to be updated.. looks a little runned down..

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom and where the sofa was, wasn’t as clean as desirable. The bathroom floor had a sunken area in front of the vanity. The picture is hard to show the sunken area of the floor which was about 5 inches.

There were flies in the room, and there was nothing the property could do to get rid of it.

They stole money from me and trying to blame it on Expedia when in fact it states on my account that they took an extra 70 dollars out and we didn’t even stay they last day that we paid for because it was that bad

Bed was comfortable

Bathroom floor was sagging 4”. Hair conditioner dispenser didnt work. Food from previous occupants was still in fridge and was pretty smelly. Breakfast was minimal and microwave didn’t function properly and main bathroom on 1st floor was filthy. But bed in room room was comfortable.

Priced well

As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like smoke we walked over to the air condition it had so much lint build up. We had our 5 year old with us. The shower had mold in the ceiling it was 1:30am so we thought it would be ok to just wing it and stay. My son has been super ill ever since we left showing signs of four like symptoms. The only thing pleasant was the gentleman at the front counter other than that the experience was horrible even small pillows for us to sleep on.

It was ok. States laundry service but both washers out of service. One day completely forgotten by housekeeping.

Staff were helpful

Not very clean. I only stayed for 1 of the 3 nights I reserved. Technically I did not even sleep there. Just a shower and let. Blood stains on mattress and outside front door. Pet friendly. Manager was nice.

The room was filthy bedsheets had stains, recliner was ripped and had a huge stain in middle of seat cushing

It was a good stay , me and my friend stay here pretty often but we have noticed though that each stay the rooms seem to be different each time and each time the rooms get less and less nice like I guess you can say. This last time our room had a very strong smell of like Tobacco like pee like ish smell to it and the carpets for some reason felt wet so some reason and being on the 3rd floor we Couldn’t figure out why and the water pressure on 3rd floor was not good either . Not very much lightning either hard to see . And the hair dryers seem to never work either. But other than that it was a good stay just this last time it wasn’t. As pleasant as our other stays there . But beds comfortable , hot water , very polite services , quit and friendly..

It was close to a bigger highway.

I loved the linens in our room which looked brand new, AC worked great which a big plus for me, staff were friendly.

It was great. Just a cockroach in the bathroom and an unclean toilet.
