A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The spa pools are great although better when less crowded. Hotel rooms are comfortable and really could not fault the hotel or staff in anyway.

After changing rooms - first was on a floor that was partly was closed due to renovation and room unfortunately smelled like being on a construction side, it was ok.

Excellent central location. Staff very friendly and polite. Very good breakfast and magnificent wellness/spa center. We enjoyed the pool and saunas very much. The only negative side was a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom. This needs to be seriously addressed. Other than that everything was perfect.

Small hotel but mighty! Very clean, great service, local food is amazing, fell in love with the pool! Great place to come with family or just couples to relax and unwind!

Good location right on walking street and just a short walk to the beach. Very OK Spa with pool and saunas and a quite ok gym. Good parking judt behind hotel. Very, very nice staff!

Very comfortable and amazing stay. Very close to the beach. Front desk was very helpful and informative. Answered all of my questions and gave me great information. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Super weird, that hotel guests can use spa only one time, never seen this before, as if it matters how many people sit in the sauna. In the morning they asked me for money for spa :) The water in the hot tub was cold. The furniture and towels in the hotel room is very old and worn. Saunas were nice, and spa also had water aerobics class, which I couldn't take part in, because my time at the spa was running out, as they do not offer limitless use of spa to hotel guests. Breakfast was rich.

Hotel enjoys perfect location in town, right on the main pedestrian street. It is very friendly to drivers as well. Getting in from Lielupe bridge takes under 5 minutes. Enclosed parking is large, cars get in and out in seconds and you can easily park right at the entrance. Inside the hotel, you seamlessly transfer from room to lobby, to bar/restaurant or spa-pool center and outside into the street. Once outside, it takes minutes to get to the beach. Café 53 is also right there – one of the coziest on Jomas street. Add to that clean modern rooms and bathrooms, exceptional Pool-Spa center, well-equipped gym, decent restaurant and bar, good variety at breakfast, friendly and competent tri-lingual staff, and, last but not least, quite reasonable prices.

Great time when enjoying the one time free SPA area access

This is a solid 4-star hotel overall. The location is perfect since it's very close to the beach and the main street with plenty of restaurants. We had a good size room and a huge balcony, which had 2 chairs but no table. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of choices.

Very relaxing three nights' stay at hotel and spa. Six different sauna options, pools with hydromassage, bubble areas, and fountains, not to forget tropical pool bar where you can enjoy the drinks whilst at water. Also two jacuzzis with different temperatures to complete the relaxation. Especially liked the salt sauna which is a rare experience and sensation on your skin afterwards is very good. To make the place perfect, perhaps to consider installing soft head "pillows" and/or support on the six spots where you can stay laid down, in order to reduce the slipping effect and avoid getting your head banged. At breakfast there are marked time slots to enter, as was the case with spa as well, but nothing small time management wouldn't be able to handle. Many options to choose from, some more fruits would have been welcomed though. Dinner restaurant we didn't try not did the sky bar. Parking facilities are with hotel and if they are full, there are street parking available close by. Location at the main Street of Jurmala area is the best possible. Hotel staff also very friendly and professional.

Hotel corresponds to expectations. Nothing spectacular, but it is ok. Biggest problems were with reception where everything took extremely long and it seemed that a lot of the reception staff was quite new in their job

An excellent stay. Good spa, with pools,saunas and a poolbar. We used them all. Rooms where nice and cool so no problem with sleeping. Finally a really helpful staff. All in all a great stay.

OMG! What an amazing service. Free parking. The check in lady was lovely and welcoming. The spa was a dream, the breakfast room has a play room for kids, so parents can eat in peace! This was a perfect hotel for anyone, single, couples or family. There is even a baby sauna!

The hotel offers a very good spa with choices and maybe thats why its a 4*, cause the rooms are definitely not a 4* hotel rooms. The spa experience is good but the rooms are very basic. Theres no tea/coffee setup available in the rooms and had to convince the receptionist to provide me one even if they want to add an extra charge cause its not like they dont have it, they just dont offer it if you dont have a baby. The location of the hotel is nice, 5 mins walk to the beach and next to the Jomas street.
