Great place but a bit of a walk to get anywhere. We ended up with a handicap friendly room and the shower got water everywhere. They do provide two bottles of water per day and have a 24hr gym. The rooftop bar was my favorite place to catch the sunsetting.

Very nice newly renovated hotel. Huge rooms. Great food. Very welcoming check in. Wonderful roof top lounge with great views. Nice pool.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Check in was effortless. Room was very cleaned. The 2 downsides for me was the bed, it was not comfortable at all. Food was over priced by far. Other than that.. no complaints

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Brix. Although not the largest of hotels it is tastefully decorated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views of the surrounding city and the hills of Cascade are spectacular. I especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge. The staff and costumer service are also amazing. The girls who checked us in were so friendly and funny and the servers at the rooftop lounge were lovely as well. Kudos to the entire team at Brix, best customer service I have ever encountered in Trinidad. Will definitely be staying again.

My experience at The Brix was extremely well. The place is one of the best Hotels in Trinidad. The building is very modern, clean, safe, and accessible. The staff is professional and very well mannered. The buffet breakfast was well layout and lots of options as well. Overall my fiancé and I were both satisfied. We will book again!

This property features new rooms with very comfortable beds. However, the dining options are limited, and the waitress was lacking in friendliness. The manager, on the other hand, was quite pleasant.

I liked the safety aspect of the hotel. Tha staff was friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed our time . I would recommend that there is the option of adding breakfast for up to 4 persons with your room instead of paying at the restaurant.

Everything about my stay was terrific except the flooding issue in the bathroom that was never completely resolved before we checked out. Other than that, the staff was courteous, and the food and drinks were all very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Trinidad.

This of in this hotel they charge me U$ 40.80 for a ham and cheese toasted with a coffee and milk and a orange juice even the breakfast was expensive U$ 31.00 The Brix is no hotel to stay

The Brix is Rated at the top of my list for Excellent Service, Rooms, Resturants and Facilities...
My family and I had a Staycation there at the end of May 2024 and we were All quite impressed with virtually everything this Hotel had to offer...
My only disappointment is with the uncovered Parking facility ( I think a multi-story facility would Compliment the Hotel and maybe facilitate more Rooms ).
Also the TV and Elevator was a challenge to get use to..

Staff were friendly and welcoming. They helped facilitate taxi services to and from the airport when i traveling to Tobago in the middle of my stay. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The food is pricey at the ground floor market but yummy. The exchange restaurant however I was not a fan of. The food was just okay and for the price and the quality of hotel i expected better. Overall i enjoyed myself.

Definitely pay the extra couple bucks for a very enjoyable stay in Trinidad. This was probably the nicest part of my trip. Knowing I was coming back to such a beautiful hotel every day was the highlight of my day. Great food, very pricy but ultimately there’s no food in walking distance.

The staff are polite and very helpful, fine dineing was reasonably priced. The property and facilities were very clean. Could do with bathrobes and somewhere for geust to heat food up,but other than that my expectations were met. Ps breakfast choices amazing.
