Surprisingly spacious room. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge was larger than usual. Everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The room was fine, needed a night after a concert, overpriced, but oh well.
What I did not like at all is that there was a camper van parked right in front of the room, the people in the camper where spending their time in their camper and didn't seen they had a room, otherwise they would be in the room in that hot weather. Got back to hotel after concert at midnight , these 2 people where still outside in chairs by the staircase next to their huge van, in front of the rooms. Just weird stufff, who does that and why are these people here in a big camper van parked in front of people's rooms? I didn't like that a bit.

To use the dryer within the “laundry amenities” the staff have to be present, available, and do a “secret” to the dryer for it to operate. Also they won’t show you what the secret is. Staff not present? Staff busy with other long line of customers? No secret for you and wet clothes.

The communication with the front desk was very concerning. I wanted to pay in cash to which I was told I would need to pay the inter amount upfront. Ok no problem, but we won’t have change. And I can not provide you with a receipt. AND I can’t have the name of the person am dealing with directly. In case my card is charged later I have literally NO proof that this exchange happened. I dont understand how a business can run this way. I was highly suspicious. The room however was clean and relaxing. When the grounds workers were not using the leave blower for 4 hours.

Room was very clean, property was well maintained, clean and quiet. A good value for the price. Bath amenities were very nice, soap that actually made suds instead of the usual hard old stuff found at higher end properties. We were very comfortable. The hot water was hot to scalding point, take care! (Maybe turn thermostat down on system?)

Wasn’t walkable to anything…properties clean and inviting, parking was horrible as they put us in a handicap room without being handicapped therefore parking wasn’t clear. Room was clean however coffee supplied was decaffeinated and not restocked or room cleaned for the next night stay.
