Housekeeping stole my watch I left behind and when I called to ask about it I was given the runaround.

The equipment was old, the ac was poor and sounded like a freight train when it decided to run (randomly). I think this place may have been cool in 2004, now it wore out and junky and no amount of artificial smell, cool lights can cover its tiredness.

Hotel had a good look and feel and created a good vibe. Perfect for small business conference and very accessible to lot of variety of restaurants. No need to have a car to get into restaurants.

Hotel was clean and pleasant. After flight cancellation I had to pay for a night I was not there…because the reservation was made through hotels.com. The hotel was unable to adjust the reservation since it wasn’t made through them. So they had to check me in over the phone while still in another state just so I wasnt a no show and was guaranteed to have a room the next day.

Stayed a night for a show at Toyota Music Factory. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a drink at the bar and the general atmosphere is great. The staff is top notch. Will definitely stay again.

Receptionist was eating at the desk when I went to check in. Acted like it was a little bit of an inconvenience I interrupted them. Only three towels for a reservation of 4. But other than that it was a good one night stay.

Had to ask for additional bath towel as we had four staying in the room and only had 3 towels.
Pool temp was perfect. Need to have more pool towels available.
Bartender was great! Drinks were great.
Areas by elevator needed vacuumed more often.
Looked everywhere for ice for the bucket in the room. Went to front desk and found out it was on level 5. Wish there were signs for ice and laundry or even mentioned from front desk on arrival.

Overall our stay wasn’t too bad. The pool was A LOT smaller than anticipated which was a huge bummer. The location of the property was pretty ideal. Lots of good dining options close by and right next to the highway to get anywhere in DFW area.

Quick in and out visit but very delightful. I’ve stayed at other properties and you just can’t go wrong with Aloft. Always a pleasant experience.

This hotel states in their pet policy on Expedia's website that pets can stay for FREE! I signed waivers for my pet, I read the fine print.. no mention of a fee.
The standard $75 hold was placed on my card.
Once again, NOTHING about a fee was mentioned in the waivers or at check-in.
After my stay, I was charged an astronomical fee for my two dogs. My dogs are very well-trained, non-shedding dogs and we cleaned up the room diligently to ensure no messes were left behind. But I was STILL charged... even though pets could allegedly stay for free.
I reached out to Aloft's customer service and was treated with total disrespect and no resolution to the issue.
If there is going to be a fee for pets, PUT THAT ON THE WEBSITE! PUT IT ON THIRD PARTY BOOKING WEBSITES! PUT THAT IN THE WAIVER!!!
I will NEVER stay at an Aloft EVER again!!! I have never been treated so poorly by customer service.
However, I will say that this particular location was very convenient and close to Toyota Music Pavilion. Aside from the lack of disclosures, the check-in was seamless.

Found this one to be cleaner then most hotels, from the moment you walk in all the way to your room. Room size was small but perfect for me, very clean, smelled good and the ac was on point. (Ac is a lil loud when it comes on but no biggie)
Shower was clean mirror and lighting was on point and plenty of outlets for all your needs.
With recent storms knocking out my power at home i found this place to be convenient, location was great as well.
