The hotel was very clean. Check-in went very well. From there it was down hill. I'm 6'2" tall and the top of the mattress didn't reach my knees. Also, the mattress was not supportive at all. When I sat on it I sunk into it about 6". It was like sitting on marshmallows. With my arthritis, the low bed height made it very difficult to stand up. And the bed was so soft that neither one of us got a very good night's sleep. I called both "wake-up call" and "front desk" at about 9:45p. to request a wake-up call, and no one answered the phones. So I went to the front desk. No one was there, so I pushed the button, and Roberto came out of the office. He said he never heard the phones ring. The phone was ringing at the time, and it was quite loud. Roberto took my wake up request for the next morning. That went OK. Your rooms at this facility do not appear to have very good, if any, sound-proofing. I was in Room 108, and could hear any noise coming from the lobby --- TV, people talking, etc. That made it very difficult to get to sleep. Finally, the full breakfast on Thursday morning was just fine. All in all, I think I'd have to think twice before I ever booked another room at a Holiday Inn Express again.

My room appeared clean at first glance, but somebody else’s food was in the mini fridge and the bathroom smelled… it was obvious that someone had gone number 2 in the bathroom maybe minutes before I’d gotten there….

It is a nice, clean and quiet hotel.

Everything was seriously just right except the Hvac. Outside temps in Oroville were HOT! Set air conditioner on 65 and it never got below 72 degrees in the room. Everything else was great.

Hotel is nice, breakfast is standard fare, but the oatmeal was delicious and they had fresh fruit which my daughter loves. Pillows were HORRIBLE and i didnt sleep well any night as a result. Carpets and sofa were not very clean.

The staff were fantastic. The area was on a busy street, but it wasn't loud at all. I was warned not to park in the back due to problems with homeless.

only complaint was that our room was close to breakfast area. early risers were too loud. staff should've told the diners to be quiet between 6am-8am. otherwise our stay would've been excellent.

We love the indoor pool for the kids! They were so excited. They also love making their own pancake in the morning! Unfortunately, we had an ant problem on the 3rd floor! Go figure! The management gave us a discount though. Very understanding and accommodating!

The room was very clean and pretty comfortable. The beds were just a bit too firm for us but other than that it was nice. The breakfast for all three days was fantastic. The location was very central to everything. Overall great stay and we would stay here again when we are back in Oroville.

upon arrival I asked to use lobby restroom, and was told not until I checked in.

We were happy with the size of the 2 queen sized suite. The lighting feature on the bathroom mirror was excellent. We only wish there had been another mirror in the suite, especially a full length mirror rather than just the one half-size mirror in the bathroom.
