huge room, huge Bath room, floors very slippery in bathroom though. We asked for a bath mat but never got one. Great breakfast. In heart of old Buda right near the church. Lots of restaurants nearby. WiFi isn’t good though as it kept going out frequently. Had a safe and fridge.

This hotel may have been 4 stars but maybe 100 years ago. No it is simply terrible. Broken couch, broken walls, broken curtain and the most important is that for breakfast they have served rotten cucumber/tomato salad. And for all they have charged 5 star price

This is a very nice and spacious hotel. The bath tub was dirty and there was a cobweb hanging from the ceiling.
The staff took care of the tub. They also provided extra towels when I requested them. I would stay there again if I return to Budapest.

Loved the fact that it is only a short walk from the exceptionally quiet hotel to the old town and beautiful views. A variety of staircase routes down to the River Danube. Good public transport links for those who do not wish to walk down to the bridges or to Pest. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in smelled of mold and likely had mold. Dripping water from air conditioner soaking walls. Cob webs in air vents. Large room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and location to Buda Castle.

The hotel service was excellent. Very tasty breakfast. However the air conditioning was not powerful enough in our room and in the bateoom the shower attachment was at the wrong end of the bath and the holder was broken.

This hotel is very well positioned fir Buda Castle. It is close to the soghts but on a quiet street. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room 007 was large and confortable. The hotel os about to be redecoeated. It will be even more fabulous then

The location was great. Loved being in the castle district! Hotel staff were very friendly and engaging. There were a few things we wished they knew more about from a tourist perspective, i.e. the city’s travel discount card, which would have been helpful and saved us some time. Breakfast was great!
Only issue in the room was the shower door leaked making the floor and carpet near the bathroom wet and causing the room to be slightly musty.
We’d definitely stay here again.

Room was just fine, nothing special. First day house keeping didn’t show up. On the other hand, lobby staff was friendly. In my opinion it’s better to stay in PEST side. This hotel is in BUDA side.

Fantastic breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. Location is good also. Bathroom needed updating as the shower wet, the door, floor, toilet, basin and the next room!

Very spacious , quiet room looking at a courtyard. Breakfast included. Reasonable parking fee. Friendly staff. Attractions and restaurants nearby.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here at least five times over the past several years and find it very charming, with a very friendly and helpful staff.
My only issue on this trip, and admittedly, it was several days of warm weather, was that my room would never cool Enough to be comfortable except late at night.
But this will definitely not keep me from staying at this hotel again as I am sure it was a minor issue that they intend to correct that room.

We loved staying in the Buda Castle area. This hotel was convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas. It was about a 15 minute drive to the Pest side. The hotel was older but in excellent condition. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. It is a 10 minute walk to Buda Caslte & Fisherman’s Bastion. Staying in the area was like stepping back in time. It was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend.

Service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. However the hotel didn't have a working air conditioner. Even though I stayed here in April, the temperatures were record high, when we asked the front desk why is the air conditioner not working we were told they only turn it on during "summer seasons", well we are in climate change which means warm seasons are expanding. Whoever owns this hotel, stop being stingy and TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER.

Great hotel, lovely and clean, very comfortable and stylish room and tasty continental breakfast. Literally around the corner from the Fisherman's Bastion and the Cathedral. A funicular railway takes you down the hill where you can walk to most places. The public transport system is excellent if you don't fancy walking.

The location of the hotel is great but they shouldn’t advertise on-site parking when there’s none. We were told to drive around to find parking spot or if we could only park far away from the hotel we could use public transportation to get back. See pictures in front of the hotel. I specifically picked the hotel because of the advertised on-site parking. It turned out to be false advertisement.

Wery good for summer or spring. However it was very cold with drafty windows during winter stay. Surrounding is amazing for walks (if weather permits)

GIVE TOMMY AND ANGELA MORE MONEY! They are both amazing hard workers, and your hotel should be proud of them. Amazing staff! Great breakfast too. All you need, this place has.

The front desk attendant Szabi was excellent - set a very high level of customer service we have not experienced in other stays in Poland, Hungary and Austria. Gold star for his work ethic.
Property is nice and slightly off the beaten path but close to castle and stairs leading down to river. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. (Wasn’t too fond of having bed upstairs with toilet/bath downstairs but got over it after a couple of days.)
