Comfortable, plenty of room with great access to the highway. Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, the room had a musty smell.

We always stay here when visiting CT. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly. The room is clean and spacious. They provide a nice breakfast and have water, tea and coffee through out the day. Close to the airport and our grandchildren. Highly recommend

Photos are deceiving. Great rate, room was good size for family. There was brown frame in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds and itching rough pillow cases. The breakfast in the morning was far from looking like the breakfast posted. There was no pancake machine, Quaker oatmeal you add water to no the one shows in photo that they make, no fresh fruit out until end of breakfast time, no options of just plain eggs at least and a meat of some sort it was a mini sausage bagel sandwich and a doughy quiche. I know this is included and rate was good just don’t advertise what you do not offer.

The staff was nice and the room itself looked nice and clean. They seemed to have a major leak within the hotel and I’m not sure if that had something to do with the smell. The room smelled sour which was leading me to believe that there could have been some mold or mildew.

The room looks cool in the pictures but has an awkward layout. There is no closet or chest of drawers. They could have put one where the useless TV stand is. The (movable?) wardrobe is by the bottom right corner of the bed partially blocking the bathroom door making a very cramped space. The window curtains don't block all of the outside light leaving a strip of light exactly where your head hits the pillow. The toilet and shower are separate rooms with sliding doors with translucent glass If someone turns on the bathroom light at night, light floods over the bed. Finally. the (toilet) bathroom door lock didn't work.

The hotel needs major improvement. The floor shakes when you walk, the toilet in 1 of our 2 rooms would randomly flush. The pool had little rocks on the floor, bathroom wall paper was coming off and random stains on walls and ceiling.

Pool was not working when we got there, it got fixed the second day of our stay, it was a bit noisy since there was some type of party/ event going on at the dinning lobby, other than that place was great!! A lot of room

Super comfortable bed! Liked shower and sink area separate from the commode and another sink. Very helpful front desk personnel. Also the free shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay there again!!

Only issue was the airport shuttle is a generic service that covers parking and multiple hotels. So I spent 25 minutes on a shuttle to a hotel 6 minutes away because of all the other stops. Also told to wait at wrong exit from baggage claim ( should be outside door 4 - they do not pick up from hotel waiting outside door 5) and missed the first available shuttle.

In the first room we were in there was toilet paper over the smoke detector which is not safe, the people on 3rd shift did not remove it. We asked to switch rooms and they put us in a room that was 10 times worse. The second room have finger prints down the whole mirror there was a huge coffee stain on the floor along with 2 other unknown stains. The couch had stains all over it. All in all would not recommend anyone to stay here it is just dirty and unsafe.
