The hotel was very clean and maintained. It was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was well stocked and freshened often. Everything was top notch, from check in to check out.

The room was what I expected- a large comfortable bed with a great view. The pillows leave something to be desired but - oh well…
I woke in the night hot even though the heat wasn’t on. The air conditioner was really noisy but I used it until the room was cool then shut it down. Eventually I slept again. The bathroom is great and the soaps etc very nice. My complaint about the breakfast is the wooden cutlery. Really offensive both environmentally and quality wise considering the cost of a night’s stay.

We thought this hotel was very nice. The room smelled good and seemed very clean and comfortable. The room was larger than usual and was appointed nicely. We would stay here again. The breakfast was great with many selections to choose from.

We checked in at 9 PM outside of coffee, There was nothing in the building available to eat. We went next-door to a bar which was closing at 11 PM. This accommodation is not worth almost $300.

Very good place to stay although it is starting to get a bit dated for the prices they are charging. That said, my room has always been clean and the beds comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived very late due to traffic issues, I felt safe as the parking lot was well lit, the front door was secured when entering the building. Hotel was clean and quiet. In the morning, all the staff were friendly and polite. People work hard to make the stay pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay however the rooms look like they could use some upgrades. Look very dated. Bed making could use some improvement as it looks so wrinkled it looks slept in. Service good and breakfast good just dated facilities for a Hampton. I expected it to be spruced up a bit more and a bit higher class facility. Looks like the bare minimum is done at this hotel. I expect more from a Hampton.

The breakfast was nice plenty of choices: coffee, cereal juice, bagels, toast, fresh fruit sslad, eggs, sausages. Nice gym with glider ,treadmill. Swimming pool was very clean, staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. Bad check in experience computer down took us 20 mins to check in. No wifi for three hours room very old bed very uncomfortable. Next one wasn't any better manager aggreed to comp us 1 night free. Not many king sized rooms in Sudbury.

Everything was great, except the fact that we booked a jacuzzi room and it was out of order, which we found out once at the room :(
The attending person at breakfast the next morning was amazing. However, VERy disappointed that the hotel uses disposable plates and utensils! The fact that they are compostable doesn’t help when everything goes in the garbage, to all end up in landfill. Hilton can and should do more for our living Earth, please!

Only thing I would say negative is the eggs, sausage and potatoes were dry at breakfast. And a bag of small chips from the lobby was overpriced. Paid 6$ for 2 little bags because I didnt want to use my debit card in the vending machine because it didnt take change.
