Great stay!! But first off, this isn’t a fancy, brand new hotel. It’s been around a minute and probably weathered a ton of storms, BUT it was clean and right on the beach. It has a kitchenette which was SUPER handy. I could listen to the ocean waves and also the pool was right outside my door. ALSO, just Steps to the beach. The girls in the office were super sweet and very helpful. The only complaint I have is the beds weren’t the most comfortable but I’ve seen worse. I would still and probably definitely will stay here again! We’ll be back for sure. Easy peesy for just me and my hubby.

Never had extra towels. Outside needs some update. Had a deluxe suite no hair dryer, one pot about the size for soup to cook in.no dish soap, one kitchen towel.

Beautiful ocean view, that said I wouldn’t stay here again! We booked a big beautiful room for us to stay with our son & his girl. We got there to check in & nothing but problems. The man there said I didn’t book that suite, then he said there weren’t any left, come to find out this happened to six other people!!! No manager on duty he shakes his phone at me & says she’s not responding to him! What a joke!! Overpriced for place that’s run down & needs serious upgrades!! Bottom line if you can, stay somewhere else & if you can’t bring extra toilet paper because they only give you 1 roll!!

The hotel is economical but surpassed expectations. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The check-in was easy, professional, and welcoming. Eduardo has great customer service and its a great when it comes comes to multitasking the hotel is away from the bigger croweded hotels there the beach was quite and not crowded. Sugars also is the front beach and the supper easy access to the beach

Price!!!! We had great time. Didnt worry about spending a bit more on food and stuff because we saved on room.

My room, 105 (direct beach access on 1st floor) was extremely dirty, to the point that it should be considered a health hazard. The fan in the room was absolutely CAKED in dust, and the ceiling above the bed was speckled with mold EVERYWHERE! I can't make this up. Conveniently, I have severe dust and mold allergies. I didn't notice just how bad the condition of the room was until night time when I went to bed (I quickly checked in earlier that evening and wasn't really back in the room till it was time to sleep). As I was trying to go to sleep, my lungs started to burn and my nostrils soon closed up all the way. My eyes also burned. Mind you, my allergies aren't this bad with normal/acceptable levels of dust - but this was excessive. No level of mold is ever acceptable. Unable to sleep, I called the front desk to ask if they could put me in another room or help in any way. They just said "sorry we don't have any available rooms tonight" and that was it. No offer to come do some extra cleaning, no offer for reimbursement, nothing. The mattress itself was also extremely uncomfortable and the sheets didn't smell clean. I didn't even break the bed to sleep under the covers - I ended up sleeping over it and covering up with a blanket. Absolute misery. Direct beach access isn't even worth it. I rather sleep in my car next time and park right outside the beach over staying at this dump (or any other similar dump nearby) again.

This property had roaches in the room, which we noticed right away. They wouldn’t refund my money without the manager, who still has not contacted me. I have left numerous messages. Front desk was snarky and unhelpful. The place reeked of weed. Not a location for a single mom traveling with daughters.

Clean, great location and good customer service

We ended up here when we re-routed to avoid a hurricane. Best decision ever- the beach was clean, water was clear, tons of shells. Location was great, away from the high-rise/crowded part of PCB. The room itself was really nice- clean and comfortable. The balconies are in bad need of repair/remodeling, but usable and with amazing views.. The pool was great. Only real issue was the lack of any staff checking in at the pool at night- it became party central- which sounds fun, but mixing drunks and kids isn't a great idea- people were lining up their glass bottles all around the pool, the stench of pot was overwhelming- and we left when one drunk guy started vomiting onto the pool deck while swimming. Checked the next morning- staff didn't even hose it down, the birds were eating it.

The manager said she would try to move us the next day but it was near the end of my stay so we didn't move. The room was small and the window was dirty. One room had to be hot in order for the other to be cool. Wifi did not work and tv only picked up a couple of stations. The building was poorly maintained. The pool had a light that had come out and it had a cone over it but the light was on and cord looped through the water which seemed hazardous. There was 1 luggage cart. No pool towels they were being washed when we asked for them. The property manager was very nice.

Pros - Amazing beach access and view. Rooms are nice and clean. Have your own private balcony. Beds are separate from each other (not side by side). Large fridge and kitchen utensils are supplied. Cons - Beds are not very comfortable. Parking is a mess, better off parking across the road. Elevator we used was sketchy. Not close to any restaurants or bars.

Our check-in was horrendous! we did arrive early – at 2:30 - and the check-in time was 4 PM but they said the room should be ready soon. We understood that and went to the beach and came back at 4 o’clock and ended up having to wait another 45 minutes until we finally got the keys to our room! The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, However the hotel could use some serious TLC! The water dripping from the air conditioners in the rooms above us caused serious erosion of the plaster and concrete in the roof above our patio and there were actually chunks that had fallen out! The location was wonderful as we were directly on the beach but Unless they make some serious improvements, we will never stay there again!

Liked nothing, elevator was broken. Place was dirty, they didn’t have enough workers. Horrible experience.

Hotel rooms as well as outside are very worn and tired. Cockroaches in room. They were unable to let us check-in until almost 9pm on our arrival day due to rooms not being clean. After we left I checked my credit card and found that they charged me $24/day for "Resort Fee" which I did not know about beforehand. I called and asked and they said that this fee is charged to people who reserved through Expedia. Totally bogus! Would not recommend and will never stay here again

The plus is this property is a beachfront property. We only stayed one night as we were on a road trip and for this reason only. My husband did see a roach, as there are cracks in the wall areas that need caulking. Again. The beachfront is perfect, but I will select another hotel next time.

Everything was good

Had a great view from the balcony and was pretty clean but a little dated. The elevators didn’t work so we had to take the stairs and it had no hair dryer so we had to go buy one which was very frustrating. Parking lot was very small and hard to park our truck.

This property is not maintained well. It’s not kids friendly with smoking all around the place. Not worth the money.

I love the that it located on the beach. It was no super expensive.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The only positives are it’s on the beach and the bed was fairly comfortable. The room was not clean. The door to the balcony was broken. The most basic things such as a hairdryer, phone and do not disturb sign were not provided. The ice and drink machines were broken. The property is dirty and in dispair. It was ridiculously over priced. There is resort fee which was laughable because this place is far from a resort and included no perks that justify an added fee. We didn’t even get the basics that a hotel should provide. We are very displeased with our stay and would never recommend this hotel.

Staff is very nice. One elevator was out of service and working one has no air conditioner. Our room was clean, comfortable, but walls and mirror looked worn with paint (?) splotches. On fifth floor for a nice view but no chairs to sit in! Looking at balconies from the beach, most rooms had chairs. Our ceiling over balcony had missing pieces- could see rafters and birds flew out. All of this could be looked past, the air conditioner constantly squeaking, was harder to ignore. If I didn’t already sleep with earplugs, sleep would’ve been almost impossible. Oh, and ice maker didn’t work. Sugar sands, please put money into the upkeep. It was great having a kitchenette

Great location to get away from the crowds ! There is a nice locally owned grocery store close by and a Publix just about 5-6 minutes away . Also several places to eat and only 12-15 min drive to Pier Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful . Thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach - we had a beach walk up room and it was so convenient for the kids and myself. Only negative was the sand was everywhere- I recommended bringing or buying a cheap broom and problem solved. Also - very nice to be able to cook if your room if wanted - and the pool was dirty the first day we came ( right after Fourth of July ) but the next morning it was clean and looked great . The building is a little dated but the interiors have been updated and were clean . Overall great experience.
