Hotel was fine but breakfast was bizzarre , it was like how much food can we save feeding the guests . For example put enough food out to feed 4 people at a time lol

Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Pool had issues but we didn’t use it. They were cleaning it the next morning. The issues were maintenance- the sink didn’t have the filter cover on it and water sprayed everywhere when you wash your hands. Tub stopper was also not attached or working. Overall, great room but pricey for a LaQuinta.

Our stay was good overall. The only problem we had was after one person took a shower the water started to get cold. But everything else was perfect.

BEWARE: This hotel is not forthcoming with their fees regarding pets. The website and text check-in system both state that the pet fee is XX/night for up to 2 dogs with a maximum fee of three times XX per stay. I did the Wyndham text check-in process and confirmed that we had two dogs. I received an email from Wyndham confirming my two dogs and charging me the stated pet fee of XX for two nights. Upon arrival at the hotel, no mention was made of their pet policy nor was I asked to sign any paperwork regarding my pets which made perfect sense since I had taken care of the pet fee through the Wyndham text check-in system.
We stayed for two nights with two dogs and were charged a pet fee that was triple the stated nightly fee and double the stated maximum fee. When questioned, the hotel manager, Lyn, informed me that the hotel has their own pet policy which is different than Wyndham’s and I was at fault because I did not call the hotel to verify the pet fee. Also, it was my fault for not asking at check-in for paperwork regarding their pet policy. At no time were we informed of nor did we consent to paying the hotel’s unpublished pet fee.
We travel often with our pets and have never encountered a problem such as this. Based on the way we were treated by the hotel manager, our recommendation would be for pet owners to stay away from this hotel.

The stay here for 3 nights was great. Had an indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast is decent. Staff was amazing , great customer service! Room was clean, necessities all there and very comfortable

This hotel was nice. There were a few issues with simple things, like cable & slow draining water but they took care of them. We stayed here for 5 nights & we were comfortable.

My room was clean and in good order. The room had been smoked in before and you could smell whatever they used to cover it up. When you aren’t a smoker those things stand out pretty easily. The hotel itself was nice, but the moisture from the indoor pool made it smell like musty. I stayed on the second floor, at the opposite end from the pool and the odor was still noticeable up there.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The first room we checked in had a musty smell, water pressure in sink was too strong and shower pressure was weak. The safely lock on door was broken the freezer in the refrigerator didn't work. 2nd day I complained and they accommodated me with no problems. The 2nd room did not have any of the issues I had in the first room. Breakfast was ok had much better. My biggest complain was how thin the walls were. I could hear the tv from the next room the conversations were very clear from the bathroom not sure if it was coming from down below or next door but that was annoying. I probably wouldn't stay there again

Clean, safe and right off the highway. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is this hotel sits directly in the landing path for Huntsville international airport. Jets are only a few hundred feet above the hotel when they come over but we were on the top floor and it only woke me up once so it wasn't that bad.

When we arrived our room had a strange smell. The manager on duty was wonderful and immediately moved us to another room. Service was great and location to the airport couldn’t get any better

The room was clean. The only reason I selected this hotel was for the jacuzzi. I was sorely disappointed, the faucet was dangling off but the water could still flow. The real disappointment was the size of the jacuzzi. It’s barely a one person tub. Then we went to spend time in the pool and the water had a hazy film on it and particles were floating in it. Needless to say we chose not to submerge in the pool. The rest of the stay was uneventful. The room was clean and the staff was polite

Checked in went to assigned room when we entered room we noticed a dirty towel behind room chair we went to the restroom and there was pink lipstick smeared on the door and easily whipped off next morning we were taking showers the water wasn’t going down my son proceeded to pull about 4’ worth of dirty hair out of the clogged drain
