The price of reservation versus the price at counter was totally different (42.39%) higher. In accordance to the manager this is a normal standard: however, after reviewing the actual price on the hotel's web it was verified that it was an instant price hike. Initially, the hotel manager was not going to honor the real cost; however, after 53 minutes of argument I was allowed to stay.

Room doors and interior doors need painting with lots of chips. Carpet had a hole near the entrance. Time fir a redresh. This one was not up to the standards of the one I stayed at the day before.

We only stayed one night from a trip from Colorado to Florida. That was very comfortable, very easy check in. We enjoyed the breakfast before we left in the morning. Ice machine was right around the corner from us, which was very convenient.

Great location right off of i70. Close to everything. Lobby and kitchen area was beautiful and clean. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfy. Great shower. Housekeeping staff was outstanding every day. We will be staying here again for sure.

The main front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was mostly clean. I saw housekeeping making their rounds. Whatever was lacking as far as cleanliness had more to do with management not keeping up on general upkeep.

Me and my family traveled across the US last week. We stayed here on our travels headed East. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another stay on our journey home. We loved it for it's hospitality and simplicity. They have a small laundry room. Hot breakfast. Coffee maker. Refrigerator. Microwave. Hot showers. A/C / heat. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We were happy with our stay. This place is simple, comfortable, and affordable.

Pleasantly surprised. Affordable. Walking in, the hotel smelled good. Friendly service. We were immediately welcomed. Clean rooms!!! Had just the right amenities. Shower was hot and had force. The hotel's breakfast was simply delicious. We would absolutely return if our travels welcomed us

Easy access right off main highway. Clean rooms, comfortable pillows, quite a bit of traffic noise from highway. And some from adjoining rooms and floor above. It was a nonsmoking room but there was a strong cigarette smell in the room this am. The bathroom door needs WD40. We only had 1 coffee packet.

The hotel was right off the interstate and was easy to get to. We travel with dogs and this hotel was perfect with a large grassy area for them to walk in and go potty. We asked for a room close to an exit and are request was granted. Hotel and Room were extremely clean and smelled very nice. We will stay there again. Thank you.

We cancelled our reservation. Their policy prohibits leaving a pet in room unattended at all. In our opinion, that is not pet friendly. LaQuinta needs to have more consistent pet policy OR require properties to post full policy. We would never have booked a room at this location had we known.

While room service wasn't as thorough as I'd normally like to see, the front desk people were amazing. Often I woke up after breakfast had ended so I can't comment on that, but the property is nice and well kept. The fridge in room did seem to be more of a freezer, though, and no setting would get it to stop freezing anything i put in there from leftovers to drinks.

We go to Blue Springs Missouri at least 1 or 2 times a year to visit family. We choose to stay at the La Quinta every time. Room is clean snd comfortable, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend 👌
