Beautiful hotel and resort, the staff was excellent from the moment we pulled in, valet and bellman were great! We had a small incident where something gotten taken/thrown away from our room during turn down service and management were great in trying to appease us. Well done on customer service!

This property was such a treat! Beautiful, comfortable, accommodating. The views were wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, room was full of all of the essentials including humidifier, lots of drinks options, clothing steamer and more! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful resort! The view from the pool was amazing. We loved being able to bring our dog with us and stroll thru a variety of shops and restaurants around the resort. The free gondola ride to Telluride was also a highlight. Loved our trip!

Front desk called in advance of arrival to answer any questions and the valet was very friendly and helpful.

The Madeline is a stunning luxury hotel situated in the heart of Mountain Village. Ideal location with an easy walk to the gondola, eliminating the need for a car to get in and out of town. From the moment we checked in, we experienced outstanding hospitality with a meticulously curated stay. Traveling with our 9-month-old for the first time, we arrived at our room to find a crib, complete with bath toys, supplies, diapers, and more. Throughout our stay, we received even more thoughtful gifts for our little one. We loved the pool deck and the smores they offered at sunset nightly. We also enjoyed cozying up at the bar for a nightcap. The only negative is that it can get busy, and you need a reservation to sit in some of the lounge areas. The food can take awhile too prepare if you order from here. Restaurant was great for breakfast each morning with an attentive staff and nice views.

The hotel is definitely 5 stars!!!!! The service, the room and the location are all fabulous! We’ll stay there again!!!!

We loved how friendly the staff was. They kept doing extra things for us like giving my kids stuffed animals when we checked in and a bottle of water when we checked out. We found the dining options in the village were fairly expensive for a family and it was much cheaper to take the gondolas to Telluride and eat there.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. One night the bar tender was severely intoxicated at work and almost fell over multiple times. He then offered us complimentary drinks and proceeded to aggressively ask us for cash to put in the register about 30 minutes later, he could barely talk and he never put any money in the register. When we told the resort management, all we were told is "we will file a police report". Simply embarrassing.

The service is simply incredible... Best in class.

Service is impeccable. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. (Especially the deep bath tub.) Restaurant on-site is delicious and classy atmosphere!

Great hotel, but the tv did not work!

Fire strobe started going off first night and made it hard to sleep for entire stay, they never fixed it

We had a wonderful experience here. I came with my family for a night and we were blown away with the service. We’ll be back soon!

Stunning resort with beautiful views

INCREDIBLE service from the staff. Spa was fantastic. Clean and nice rooms with lots of small touches that are above and beyond a regular hotel.

Top notch hotel with wonderful service and beautiful hotel. Restaurants were very good as well.
