Great staff

Beautiful building in quiet, tree-lined street. Close to lovely historical park with many trees/arboretum. Easy walk into town centre.

The location is fantastic. A little walk away from the city center but it's such a nice area with a wide pedestrian paved lane between two tree lined one way street with Luzanky Park at the top. About 450 m from Janacek Theatre. Do yourself a favor and go watch the innovative water feature there at dusk. Our room was spacious, soundproof, lots of storage, comfortable beds. Great shower pressure. Wi-Fi worked well. Fantastic breakfast- the selection is outstanding. The only cons were - the bottom of two wall needed cleaning or repainted and the bath tub is very high and might prove challenging for people with mobility issues. Would stay here again!

Parking and allowing dogs is a plus. Other than that, a standard 3 star hotel.

The breakfast was standard, service was good. The couple of downsides I would say are that the room did not have any safe. And the sign of the hotel is not very visible from the outside, so might take a moment to find the entrance, which is also not accessible friendly (have to climb a few stairs to get to the reception). But may be they have back entrance which might be more accessible)

This hotel is very good in terms of cost effectiveness. Cheap and including breakfast. Also, it’s clean. And around of this hotel is really good.

The standard room was rather spartan, but very clean and functional. Breakfast selection almost rivals those of four-star venues, but do come reasonably early, otherwise the serving area might be too busy. Decent location, and good ratio of value vs. price.

Great hotel for convenience to get to Moto GP. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Negatives. No shampoo or conditioner in bath and none available when we asked at front desk. Shower leaked onto floor. Shower head fell out of fixture constantly. Mattress fell off frame. Expected more from a hotel which charged me in excess of $300 per night.

This was a nice hotel in a good area at a good price. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The beds were uncomfortable in the standard hard European bed way (so disregard if you prefer that sort of bed). It was an easy 20 minute walk from the main train station and 10 minutes (maybe less) to the center of town.

This is a nice hotel at a pretty good price plus the breakfast buffet was quite tasty. Located an easy 20 minute walk from the main train station and less than 10 minutes from the city center of Brno. The bed wasn't very comfortable though (I find most European beds to be uncomfortable, so if you like those, you'll be fine).

It had a good location for my purposes. It was lacking in atmosphere and facilities.

It is a very good hotel,cheap and in very good and quiet location. Very good breakfast with a variety of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very quiet room and comfortable beds. 10 Min to walk to park, Villas Tugendhat and Löw Beer. Cat Cafe and restaurants around next street corner.

Great location. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Very nice clean room for good price and excellent breakfast in the morning. I was there second time now and was not disappointed.

It was very good, except there was a lack of facilities & I had to endure a cold shower one morning. The breakfast was excellent and the room was vert comfortable.

Good Hotel for excelent price. Location is also very good, close to the center but quiet and calm. Sadly, parking in front of the Hotel, became payable after November 1th 2018..Breakfast was also good for this price and the stuff was helpfull.

Solo 47 year-old female. My room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and in great condition. They have an elevator now (previous reviews complained there was no elevator). They had drinks available for purchase in the lobby. The location was okay. Not bad, just ok. It was in a neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown and go to the park, but as a solo female I wasnt sure how safe neighborhood was at night due to the lack of businesses in the immediate vicinity (a little off the beaten path, so to speak). I didnt want to spend money on taxis just to get delivered to my front door so I just came back a bit early each night. About a block and a half down towards the main street there is a fabulous little Indian restaurant. Another restaurant about two or three blocks away at corner if main road. Breakfast was great. You cant see it in the photos, but there was a TV mounted on the wall above the foot of the bed.

This hotel was situated a few streets from the old town part of the city and in a quiet street which was readily located although a 30 minute walk from the train station. The hotel had a sign that was flat on the outside wall so we had to look for street numbers to locate the property. The entrance is fairly sparse and the receptionist did not appear all that interested in her job although we were booked in okay. The room was quite good, fairly spacious and the bed very good. The bathroom was also quite good and roomy.Breakfast was served in a downstairs room below ground level. It was quite good with a good variety of choices however the seating and tables were cheap and plastic with plastic table mats, looked a bit out of place with the image they were trying to promote.Overall quite a good hotel but seemed to lack a bit of the comforts usually expected. There are limited dining out opportunities in the area.
