Short stay in Nashville following travel in other areas of the USA. Would definitely visit again and spend more time in Nashville.

Other than a midnight fire alarm it was a fabulous property & stay. Very clean.

Although their advertisement says new and clean facility, it is not! After switching 3 times to get a reasonably clean bed (coils popping out of sides of mattress and vomit on couch) we delt with all the rest. Hotel is older and in need of severe updates. Carpet in halls are in terrible shape, there is black mold on the walls in bathroom. Would not recommend!

Pretty decent. The curtains in my room were filthy , you could tell they hadn't been changed in awhile. Overall, everything else was in good condition and clean.

The front desk clerk was awesome and very helpful

Dirty and outdated. Covid signs everywhere because why? Five people checked in and they would only give me one room key. See the photos.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. The king suite was really nice and the bed was super comfortable!!!!! When checking in the front desk person was super friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early with no fee. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Not a true pay at property hotel. They charged my card without permission before I checked in. Room was dirty and several things were broke. Staff was also horrible. The manager was refusing to give me a receipt when I checked out and I had to ask for it 5 different times. I strongly suggest Hotels.com to drop this location or at the very least not allow them to say they have a pay at property option.

Employees were friendly, and room was clean and nice. However, the refrigerator didn't work, the tv kept losing signal, and the phone was dead. There was a lightbulb that kept flashing even though the switch was off. Had to remove bulb so we could sleep.

Staff was exceptionally nice and polite. room was very spacious and clean.

It was pretty much, not good at all with the exception of the bed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was awful. They were rude. They look down upon you. or like they were inconvenienced by you staying there they made you pay $20 to park your car even after you just paid $150 for the room which I said it was a suite but really wasn’t sweet. It was just a jazzed up version of a Motel 6 room to get some extra towels and he proceeded to say that four towels were in the room and those towels were enough So my girlfriend went to the front desk and persist and finally they Reluctantly gave us two more towels. This is ridiculous. After we paid the money we paid to stay there have a nice lobby, massage and vending machines and orange juice and But when it comes to the room. Lackluster they were also very rude about the amount of time. It took us to clear luggage out. They were rushing us very not worth it for the price 1.5 out of 10.

One night trip! Room was clean! Room was cold the hallways was hot!

After coming in from a 7 hour drive, we received notice that there was a water leak upon check in. It was fixed but would need to run water, which was discolored even after running. After settling in, our tub was not draining and our commode was not flushing. Maintenance fixed it but we were ready to rest and sleep as we had an 11 hour drive ahead of us and took a while to get it fixed. Woke up restless.

We did not have hot water. I told the desk they refused to do anything about it except offer me an apology. I paid almost $130 for this room and my kids and I couldn’t shower this morning. The water was too cold. The person the desk didn’t even care, said it was working when he tried it however he was not up in our room. He didn’t even offer compensation. Room smelled like wet dog smell it was gross. I probably wouldn’t stay here again and I feel that I should be refunded for not having usage of the hot water that would’ve been nice to take a shower last night and Before we had to leave. Not to mention the room smelling like a wet dog or something moldy we had to go up and down the stairs, several times to get blankets and pillows since there wasn’t enough for my son.

The room we stayed is very nice and big and the guy who helped us checked in,Rameer or Hameer,forgot if the name is right, is very kind and accommodating.There are some hotel staff someplace that couldn't even smile but the people here know that smile is important especially with tired travellers.

We had no hot water to take showers. Also the pillows were like small throw pillows. The shower also had a large area that was busted.

The flooring, next to the air conditioning unit, was soaking wet.

Great place to stay! I stayed for quite a few days and they cleaned my room everyday without me asking! Highly recommend.

Service during stay was great. Check in was poor. They charged wrong credit card. Hotel needs some maintenance. Bathroom sink was 1/2” below counter top and board holding it up.

Hallways were hot. Room was clean but had a smell. Not too far from downtown area.

Our stay was fine but you need far more seating in the breakfast room.

Rooms were clean and easy parking. Our room needed some attention in the bathroom.

The hotel was barely ok - breakfast ok, room felt very humid and lobby’s and hallway was very warm. The facility has Indoor pool with no ventilation it was very hot. The location of hotel was very unsafe - 20 cars were broken into - while not the hotels fault - it was scurry arriving and throughout the two nights’ stay - many wondering around(not guests) - I’m sure they were scouting the area. We were very fortunate!

The hotel was decent but hallways and the front desk area were hot.

Property showed its age but it wasn't a bad place to rest up from a long day of driving. The parking spaces need to be wider; even smaller cars don't have a lot of door-opening room.

Hiren was very professional and accommodating. I will be retuning.

Breakfast was not appealing. Was hit with a bad smell, so front desk area smelled like it. I know it was not the hotels fault. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy booking. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Great check in. Marked all our boxes for a last minute overnight stay!

Super clean, friendly staff, just a little run down. Beds and pillows very comfortable, breakfast ok.
