Great service.

It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area. Was nice and quiet. Nobody bothered us.

Our room had a restor air fan in the middle of the room, and had a weird/damp smell. Staff was non existent

I am not sure how many times i should asked for the refund. I never check in at the hotel. The front desk didn't allow my service animal into the hotel then they tried to charge cash money without providing a receipt when that it is illegal to do. I am still waiting for the full refund money. The hotel never gave me any service. The front desk guy was extremely rude and told me that my service animal was not welcome. Here is the photo because he refused to give me his name.

This hotel needs lots of upgrades… the hotel smelled bad when I walked in…..I was given a handicap room that smelled like dogs and it was extremely hot…. I requested another room and the second room was not clean properly in the restroom and it was also a stain on the duvet… I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and bc it was so late I decided to buy cleaning products as well as Lysol in order to make the room ok to get through the night… to get to the elevator there was a huge puddle of water because of the pool instead of someone cleaning it up they just put wet fooor signs out which was still dangerous to someone like me being pregnant knowing the floor is wet doesn’t stop me from slipping and falling… my tv in my room didn’t work as well it was static the entire time the air conditioner in the room was so loud I didn’t get any sleep I ended up leaving the room early bc I couldn’t rest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I certainly will never stay here again I have stayed at laquinta before and this has to be the worse location ever

Mike the manager was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good also.

Staff (Mike) was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay was only overnight but it was ok. The room was clean and good sized, we had a king with sofa bed. The air condition was very loud which helped to block out outside noises but so loud we had to raise the tv up just to hear it. And the water pressure in the shower was not so great. Had to use the massage level just to get the shampoo out of my hair. And unfortunately we did not realize the hotel was pet friendly..so there were alot of dogs. Thankfully the staff kept the dog hair, smells and other things that come with pets at bay. Probably will not stay here again but for the night it was nice.

I reserved this hotel well in advance for a required trip. Due to flight delays, I arrived to the hotel late. The building was locked so I had to wait to be let in. Upon arrival I was presented with the following option: a room with a broken tv or a room with a broken refrigerator. There were no apologies or compensations provided for not receiving what I booked in advance. I asked for a receipt and was told that I would receive one upon check out. The only receipt I received during checkout (after asking) was a receipt for the refundable deposit. The room itself was okay, but I had a hodge pudge of pillows on the bed and multiple items in the room were actually broken, including a lamp, damage to the flooring, the refrigerator, etc. I’ve also stayed at the hotel across from them (comparable price) and would recommend them instead.

The hotel was nice but the breakfast could have been a little better bc I stayed at a La Quinta the last time and they had individual milks but this time all they had milk in was a big steam pitcher and they need more variety of cereal but overall it was great

The manager gave my room to someone else! Then argued with me saying I already checked in. After finally figuring out that they had screwed up and gave another person my room which wasn’t the issue, it was the fact they argued with me and then proceeded to tell me I had to pay for another room since they booked my room we already paid for to someone else.

Located in a good area. Plenty of food around and about 20 minutes from family and airport

The employees here were great and the lobby and breakfast area were clean and well taken care of. Our suite however still had trash in it and is in need of updates or finishing touches as trim was missing and drywall by the bathtub had deteriorated and mold was present. The HVAC units while they worked were old and showed damage. While the location of the hotel was out of the way, behind a motorcycle dealer, it was actual very quiet. It was just enough away from Fort Worth to be a little out of the way but the price made up for that and the fact that pool actually worked. Pets are welcome and were evident in the smell.

Our first room and large area of black mold or mildew in restroom. Had to wait over 30minutes to get another room, but again mildew or mold in restroom, something gross on the wall, and mildew or mold in the picture. The man that checked us in would not get us the manager or our money back. For $129 plus taxes I expect better than that.

The breakfast isn't all that. Only 1 luggage cart. The hotel is clean, but the cleaner has a wired smell, didn't like it, bought candles and lysol to dost in the room. The hotel wasn't bad, just not for us. Marriott and Hilton are much better.

The property was terrible with cooler noise during summer, dirty bedsheets, crawling cockroaches and stained bathroom wares.

Good service

I had no issues with staff other they could not find replacement batteries for their remotes. The breakfast was ok the juice machine was messed up and horrible all three days I was there. The waffle makes stuck when you tried to get them out so you got waffle shreds instead. The pool and jacuzzi was ok but everything in the room was covered in rust!. This was NOT a horrible stay but could use attention in certain areas.

I would stay here again. It was nice and quite.

The hotel is clean. That’s all it has going for it. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful, the breakfast is disgusting, and they barely have air conditioning in the common areas. It’s hot and stuffy in the elevator and the hallways.

The workers at the front desk were not very friendly and stared at me a lot making me feel very uncomfortable! Clean room though

The only negative thing was my room was very hot. I had to swap room and wait for it to cool down.

I selected this property for the Non-Smoking aspect. The front des even made me sign a contract stating that we would not smoke. Yet the room provided to us, smelt overwhelmingly of a strong smoker just left the room. Their cleaning crew should have smelt the same thing, yet they felt it was acceptable. I will not go back to this facility, due to the misrepresentation of a non-smoking facility.

Shower pressure needed improvement
