Nice place The TV didn’t work very well.

the rooms had a weird smell by the hallway. The shower wall was loose. beds were clean though.

The hotel was very quiet. Rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. Only issue is the slow elevator. But it is a quiet one, our room was right next to so I was worried it would keep us up. It didn't, never heard it. So maybe slow keeps it quiet!

Staff was extremely accommodating, at breakfast they even asked my children if there was something in particular they wanted even though that’s not part of their job. The room was extra clean and neat.

Parking lot is terrible small, no remote in the room, no desk chair, furniture is work and decades old. General maintenance is poor and behind. Light bulbs burnt out or missing. Old pillows. Breakfast is basic and nothing exciting. Probably not going to recommend or return at this price.

I loved the breakfast options and how friendly the staff was. I have zero complaints. My stay was great!

Room was next to laundry room- noisy too early in morning. No freezer in top of refrig. Needed for ice packs. Overall was comfortable.

Other than my room not having a decent curtain or blinds to block out the light from outside the room was great and spacious.

I didn’t get any cleaning for my room, I had to ask daily for towels and toiletries. The breakfast was GREAT. The staff was helpful, nice and friendly. I didn’t ask for them to clean my room or change my sheets. I had to ask them to take my trash.

Room smelled bad elevator was broken

The room had water soaked in the carpet by the air conditioner and the room smelled musty. It was 2300 when we got there, so we didnt complain. There was no hand soap or shanpoo. When I went down stairs to reauest some, the worker said they were out. In the morning the breakfast was ok except for the cold sausage and cold eggs. The coffee was empty and I looked around for an employee but couldnt find one. The reality was there were multiple workers in the dining area. They were enjoying their breakfest and did not have on clothes that identified them as employees. When I asked for coffee they refilled it happily then went back to eating their breakfast. My family came down later and I had to interrupt the workers meal to request refill on food. The new food they brought out was cold as well. I will never stay here again and I feel that my experience was do to lack of management. I am hesitant to stay at a laquinta inn and suites again, which is upsetting because we rarely have and issue.

Stayed 5 nights and no maid service. No clean sheets. Had to ask for towels and trash pickup.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was it working, my mom has bad arthritis and it took her forever to walk up the stairs and she was in pain.

The room was not ready when i got there. Had to wait for an hour. Check in at 3 and i got there at 245. They need someone to go around the outside and pick up. The pool was clean. The elevator was working but then broke, but then they got it fixed. The staff are absolutely wonderful. And i mean all staff.

The staff were friendly and and helpful when needed. Breakfast bar was simple not a lot of options but did have hot food. Had two rooms and one was definitely nicer than the other. One room had all laminate floors and it was very dirty definitely would not walk barefoot. Damage to wall and furniture I’m assuming from previous pet owners. The other room was mostly carpet and much more comfortable. The laminate in bathroom was dirty, hair in the sink and bathtub, mildew on shower curtain and the curtain wouldn’t even open all the way because the bottom was all stuck together. Beds were mostly clean but not comfortable. But for a quick overnight sleep and keep on going it met our needs for the evening.

The property is very old, the elevator was pretty scary.

I have a special needs child, we have stayed at this property about two months ago. But today we tried to check in early they said to come back at 3. When we came back we were told our rooms were on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken! The elevator has been broken long enough that we could’ve been notified. My son can’t do 4 flights of stairs. We were exhausted and needed a place to rest and instead we drive home. I’m very disappointed and is like to receive a call to further explain some things.

Elevator did not work. I have had 7 back surgeries and walking up and down the stairs was painful . No ice machine on the second floor
