A last minute decision. Comfortable, quiet room, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, tea, coffee, juices, breads. Checkin was quick and efficient, checkout was the same.

The rooms are nicely appointed, very spacious, and clean. However, there's an obvious ongoing maintenance issue here. The elevators were broken on check-in, which made for a tough climb with all my luggage to the 3rd floor. The toilet was running in my bathroom, and while they offered to move me to a new room (thank you), I felt no indication that they planned to fix it. The hot tub was not working and the water was not clean—smelled strongly of mildew. The pool is ice-cold, so I would think they would at least try to clean the hot tub. Breakfast was a bit sad. No coffee creamer, coffee pretty gross from a Nescafe machine, extremely basic food options, rotten fruit. The waffle iron was on and they provided syrup, but no waffle batter. Why was it even there? The pillows were some of the most miserable I've ever encountered—large, square, lumpy, and hard like stiff sofa cushions. Also, there was no blanket, and even with the A/C off, I was cold, forcing me to run the heat. Between that and the running toilet (whihc I tried to fix myself), I felt so wasteful. This seems like it's not a staff issue, but a management issue. (I'm giving it three stars for the comfortable and clean room.)

Room was okay, although WiFi was weak at my room. The breakfast was a disaster. The food was cold; there was no hot water for tea (the coffee machine was also broken), the waffle batter wasn't readily available, and the waffle syrup ran out. Except for breakfast, the stay was okay.

We found Best Western to be very nice, they are in the process of remodeling but the front desk person was super friendly, breakfast was wonderful w/lots of choices. Rooms were clean and updated. Laundry facilities were a huge bonus.

King room we reserved, was located on the 5th flr. Ok, but the elevator was non-operational. I walk with a cane, 2 bags, no way.
The hotel accommodated us by providing a handicap room w/2 double beds.
Breakfast was good and we left happy.

I booked this hotel months ago and asked for a ground floor. When I got there the elevator was broken and they put me on the 3rd floor. The person working there offered no apologies and her customer service was terrible and uncaring as she was just telling me and a disabled customer in front of me that we could just cancel. Our bed was broken, cleanliness was questionable and I will not be staying there again.

Room was comfortable, front clerk very professional and friendly. Room clean and spacious.King size bedroom kitchenette. Quite and peaceful. The elevator was out but the stairs were designed to walk upstairs and down with ease.

My family stayed here on the way to our National Parks trip. Upon arriving, a large group of guys was standing by the back entry door, smoking and cursing loudly.
We checked into our room and went to the pool. We lasted barely 15 minutes with the smell of cigarette smoke (which was not in the same part of the hotel as the back entry door). Front desk staff was sweet and said she would spray air freshener, but that does nothing for smoke. When walking back to our room the hall smelled from the guys opening and closing the back entry.
The free breakfast in the morning was so bad we couldn't eat it.
We would never stay here again.

Our room was close to the lobby and we could hear people talking there all night long. Very loud. The room itself was as expected but fridge didn't work and no hairdryer. Although bed comfortable and staff pleasant it was far from a peaceful stay. Don't stay in room 112!

Was charged twice for a room and water was cold when taking a shower. Breakfast was poor at best. Will not stay there again.

We weren’t aware of the construction going on. Booked this hotel specifically for the hottub and even received an email about the hottub working, but when we got there, we were told it was only warm which we said okay, but then it was ice cold when we went to go use. Would have booked elsewhere if was told about construction and broken hottub.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Room was very clean, pool/spa was a nice commodity too! Loved our room! Bed was comfy. Shower/bathroom very clean. Very much enjoyed my stay here and will be back for future visits! Two thumbs way up! 👍👍

Remodeling while hosting guests is not always a good idea. Room was bare, no pictures decorations. Parking lot was full of construction equipment. Had to park in handicap spot. Breakfast was sparce, but what was there was good.

The only problem we had was that the ac/heater was very loud and kept us from being able to sleep which was why we stayed there.
