Great place to stay at, but eould have liked to know that is was booking a basement apartment. If so I would have taken a room instead.

Great stay just outside of Castellina in Chianti. The swimming pool is beyond beautiful, overlooking the mountains. The location is also convenient with a restaurant at end of the street and a quick drive to Castellina or Sienna. Onsite wine tasting was also fantastic and staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only downside in summer is lack of air conditioning in the apartments. Adding AC would make this place a 10/10 stay. Will definitely be returning for more vacations at Borgo.

Beautiful location with views of the hills. We only spent one night there but wish we had stayed more, the staff we're really friendly and helpful. Great place to go for a break from all the crowds in the big cities.

Gorgeous place that we have now visited twice. We can highly recommend it! Apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you would need. The pool and view is beautiful and you get the best coffee served at breakfast.

Definitely a highlight of our Euro trip. Situated on top of the Tuscany mountain range. The property is straight up stunning. Awesome for family or romance. The infinity pool area is even more breathtaking then illustrated in photos. The wine was incredible. The breakfast was fresh with a farm to table-esq feel. Nearby to village with awesome traditional restaurant options. Rooms were a little dated, but bathroom had a royalty feel to it. Overall, wished we stayed there much longer. Could live there ;)

This is an absolute gem of a place. I already want to go back. The wine made there was wonderful, the pool, the landscaping, the views and the rooms. All this for a fair price! Can't wait to go back

Excellent experience overall. The whole place was in very good condition, very clean and beautifull. The location was perfect for us. Surrounded by beautifull little villages and vineyards. Lots of good restaurants. At evenings/nights if you are in need of dinner, there is one quite good restaurant just 2 minutes walk away.

The hotel has beautiful views of the countryside. It is secluded and a nice escape from crowds. You do need to drive at least 10 minutes to find restaurants and such. The infinity pool is relaxing and it is convenient to buy wine on site.

Very charming place that will definitely put you in the wine tasting mood. The villa is expansive with its own vineyard. We loved that it is located along the Chantigiana Road, centrally in Chianti country, allowing for us to explore from Greve, Panzano, Radda, Castellina, and Sienna in a day.

This hotel is situated about 1 hour from Florence and a perfect place to relax and unwind. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and loved the amenities and views. We will definately refer our family and friends to this location.

Place was amazing, beautifull view, fantastic pool, very nice staff. Breakfast was ok, coffee exelent. Exelent place to relax and enjoy summer holiday as well as a base to go around and visit cities like Florence, Lukka, San Gimigiano, Piza, Voltera, Sienna. We had an amazing time.

We were expecting more agricultural interaction, or at least discussions with the "farm" owners of an Agriturismo accommodation. This is not that type. This is essentially a hotel operating under an Agriturismo license. Lots of stairs, older, not very firm mattresses, and a typical tiny corner closet shower. Nice pool and area, but without that interaction, I would have rather stayed in a nearby town and interacted with the locals there.

They had wine on the premises to buy at a very good price, and if you wanted to cook for yourself, they supplied the charcoal, starter, plates, glasses and cutlery. You just need to get the food you want to cook.
Our bathroom was well equipped, but the shower was very tiny. Don’t drop anything!

Beautiful hotel and grounds, the breakfast spread in the morning is delicious. A great restaurant at the bottom of the hill is where most people go for dinner. If internet connection matters, it’s pretty spotty here.
