The AC stopped working…so I had two very uncomfortable nights. Staff were not bothered. Don’t stay here.

The hotel it self is really nice, the breakfast is okay, even though the staff will close the buffet 15 min before to a sure they had food left for them. The rooms are okay however the bed from our room 225 was as hard as prison beds, my back was killing me for 3 days. The cleaning staff are extremely loud and do not respect guest sleeping. To top that off we arrived pretty early at the hotel but we’re informed we couldn’t check in because “they’re were no rooms available” so we stayed in the pool area while they had “availability” it was 11 am and the room225 was cleaned. I passed by receptionist at 12 and asked and the receptionist told me she still had no room available. I came back at 4pm and to my surprise I was given room 225. So they basically made me wait around just because, if I would have known this I would have paid an extra day just to have a room available but this wasn’t event offered to me.

The rooms are very small and clean. the location is in the heart of town. the pool is nice and the restaurant on location is a good breakfast deal at $8.90 for the buffet

We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights) at Swan's Cay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great, just steps away from our room and the water was the perfect temperature. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing that was not great was the dog tied up next to a house behind the hotel that barked every afternoon/evening, but not much the hotel can do about that.

great location close to everything at isla colon but at the same time quiet no loud bars or restaurant next to this hotel which is a problem in bocas. Swans cay quiet and peaceful. the Hotel has a pool that not many hotel in bocas has one. they also have a nice sushi restaurant.great place i will be back soon

Smelly bathrooms, not clean. Chinese staff not trained for hospitality. But the bathrooms truly a mess.

They mixed up the rooms. Then gave me a different room but not like my previous, offered an upgrade for $95. The Hotel was under maintenance and smelled like straight paint. No room service the whole stay. Needless to say we will not be staying there anytime soon

Service is excellent. They allow for luggage storage and shower use after you check out. My room had a couple dead bugs in it but was otherwise clean.

Great location. One of the few places in Bocas with a pool. Nice to have refrig in room. Great bathroom.

In general, this hotel is one of the better hotels in Bocas, however Bocas has a lot of bad hotels. The good - the hotel is centrally located, hot water, and good English skills. Also, the front desk staff was ok, especially the young lady working there, as she helped me out a few times. The bad - wifi was somewhat unreliable, the bed was so hard is was difficult to sleep on, I was given a paper wrist ban and told I needed to wear it to access the hotel at night (for 3 days), and then on my last night there was a serious roach problem. So bad they were getting into bed with me. That was too much.

I booked at three different places so I could sample a few and Id say that this place offered good overall value when you compare to what else is on offer, on the main island, and how much others are charging. Bocas hotels tend to be bare bones, so you cant expect a lot of luxury. If the room looks a bit dingy but is clean, has a/c...hot water...a good location...friendly staff...then its a winner. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant has very limited hours and once it is closed you cant get drinking water in the hotel...and the supermarkets in town close early...so make sure to stock up before you retire for the evening.

Met expectations. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

Hotel was better than expected. There was a slight mix up with the reservation but they fixed it right away and even threw in breakfast for the bit of trouble. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful and we wish we had stayed for many more days.

I choosed this hotel because of the pool and I loved it, want to go back already. The staff people are so nice, the location, the bed!!!!! It was so difficult to wake up.

Staff could be more friendly... Having said that,weve found most of the Panamanian people the same.... It wasnt that we couldnt speak Spanish, so it wasnt language issue... Overall the stay was ok.

Three nights staying with my wife. It was terrible. There are discos bars around hotel and you are in the middle of terrible, terrible noise. You cannot hear yourself in your room till late night. When loud music is over you can hear guests staying in other rooms. Paper walls. We had to wait to check in 4 hours! Wifi? Yes, sometimes. On the first day we didn't have hot water, on the second day no water at all. Dirty, old towels. And you pay for this 100$ per night. Avoid this place!!! The worst hotel I ever slept!

comfortable room, air con was great, fridge was handy, bathroom was modern and large wih large shower. VERY intermittent wifi though (throughout the whole hotel), shame room had no lounge seating. Balcony was bit cramped and with poor quality seating. Pool was pleasant and clean. Hotel is quite dated in public areas. Something living, large and black scuttled under one of the sofas on the first floor landing when I approached it one day (shivers). Breakfast was not inspiring!

This would be a fantastic classic hotel if the restaurant was open, the bar was open, rooms had new furniture and paint, wifi worked, etc... . The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Because i book with you i was the on ly one to Pay for my breakfast, i was with à party of different nationality that was not good for. Your marketing Meet them again at the Costa inn hope you have some prefabe scuse because i dont want à Be the clown again

the first night we got the wrong room. we had requested a double bed, and got two twins pushed together, with different height mattresses. bad sleeping, but they got us into a double bed for the next two nights in the original hotel building. the swimming pool is small, but refreshing in the high humidity. room safes worked, and natalie at the desk was a doll. far enough away from the party scene that made it easy to sleep
