Appreciate the convenient location! The lady at front deck is very kind and nice. Hope the mattress is harder and it doesn't make squeezing sound.

Loud and no air conditioning. Had to keep all windows open. With the location of our room, anyone could have entered the room through the windows at anytime.

This hotel was in an amazing location with an awesome Mexican restaurant right below. Came with fans and big windows to keep the room cool. Only saw staff upon checkin which was unfortunate as we needed more towels. Otherwise a great little spot.

Close to bus stop and main shopping area. A bit of a walk to the train station but doable. Older hotel. All rooms are up some steeper stairs. Not great for older or less mobile persons. Smaller room. Not much space for luggage or makeup on the counter. Only complaint was the lack of air-conditioning. Probably not usually a problem, but it was very hot while we were there. Our first night was a little uncomfortable with the heat. there is a small fan, which helped some. Also if you open the windows for air it is quite noisy from the restaurants below. They were open very late so noise went on until about midnight.

Close to several bus stops, close to Interlaken West station and Interlaken Ost was about 15min walk. Close to shopping as well.

Its a good place to stay in interlaken. Walkable distance from the west station. Cozy and right on the market.
However i think its good only for singles or couples but not for families. The bed size was too small for a family. We couldnt sleep well with my little kid together.

But overall at this price, it was a nice stay.

The hotel is well-placed, more or less half-way between the two train stations and in a street of restaurants (mainly Indian). The staff seem to also work in the Mexican restaurant below and all seem to be pretty easy-going about checking in and out. There are about 15 rooms on three floors, en-suite and shared bathrooms. All pretty quiet while we were there.

Great little hotel simple and comfortable with very nice people. Beds are comfortable. Just enough space Easy to walk to both train stations to get up to Wegen and grindlewald. Excellent Mexican food restaurant next door with the nicest waiters. Kind of a hostel feeling but private rooms and bath

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was great and provided assistance as requested; however, in the evening it was difficult to get ahold of someone since the staff also oversee the restaurant located on first floor of hotel. Additionally, it can get loud on weekends because the restaurant attracts many customers. So much that the lobby and common area on second floor were used to sit overflow dinning customers. Nonetheless, for the price and room conditions, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is local in a very convenient place, and the room is quite comfortable and has a microwave and electric kettle. There is a COOP supermarket nearby within a five-minute walk, made me save a lot of expenses for meal. I will book this hotel again if I have chance to go to Interlaken again

No elevator and we were on the top floor or thereabouts. Central location, friendly staff, good Mexican restaurant off the lobby. Tobacco shop across the street is top notch.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Blume. The staff was very lovely and welcoming especially housekeeping lady. She accommodated our early check-in and was very attentive and always positive.

Staff is friendly. Walkable area and free breakfast is convenient but overall hotel stay experience isn’t pleasant. No elevator with narrow winding stairs. Bathroom situation inside the quadruple/family room isn’t ideal. Nothing separates shower & toilet so everything is wet after shower use. Not

We turned up quite early expecting just to drop our bags off but the gentleman at reception made sure our room was the next one to be cleaned and it was ready soon after. Really good when you are tired and just want to relax. The room was perfect. It was clean, just the right size and quite modern looking. The hotel itself is in a great location just a short walk from the train station and close to all the local shops and restaurants. Breakfast the next morning was great, just your basic continental but it was free so that’s a bonus. It was just a shame we weren’t staying longer.

The hotel was very nice, the location was great and we felt very safe to go out walking. At the hotel we were given bus tickets so we were able to go see another small town close by, the bus stop was just down the block. The restaurant downstairs was really good. The noise was a little bad, we could hear everything in the room nextdoor.

The manageress was very nice and we were pleased with how central it was - yet not noisy on a Saturday night. No lift presumably stops it from being a 3 star hotel but no problems for us.

It was an okay experience. There is no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up a small stairway 4 floors. There was only 2 showers (one of which had a WC included, while the other was only a shower) which led to much waiting to use it especially since there are many other guests that are staying there.

Eddie was so helpful! I want to stay at Hotel Blume again just to visit him. The hotel was in a great spot and had everything we needed. The attached restaurant was busy and the food tasted great. I will be back!

As a 2-star hotel, they have meet all my expectations. The room is clean, and service for breakfast is very good, a few minutes walking from the train station and some stores and restaurants are around. It is a good budget hotel.

Super nice lady! The room's large, comfy and neat. Good breakfast and even with early departure time, they packed me a lunch! I had everything that I could possibly need during my short stay and the staff is adorable!

it was amazing stay in this hotel! the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was sick when staying in hotel blume, and the staff was so helpful!
Location is very perfect, just 3 mins walks to the Interlaken west station. You can find many restaurants near this hotel. and the room was sparkling clean!
